(note actual facility has 3-4 more buildings like the ones depicted here for lodging and such, and all buildings would be more temporary. picture listed is just general layout style)
Name: TF-85 (Terrestrial Facility - 85), The Shelter
Security Clearance: Top Secret, Classified. Location only known by Mother Superior and Admiral Trane.
Location: Imynusoph
Affiliation: Owned and Operated by Keywork Engineering Systems
Purpose: In recent years multiple Terrestrial Facilities were constructed by the KES to be used in emergency situations, such as the one that faces them after the destruction of KES facilities at Sirius Primaris, and the impending Hutt enslavement. Intended to be used as the KES Head Quarters, and only known KES terrestrial facility.
Description: TF - 85 is unique in that unlike other TFs, it is not currently built. TF - 85 is a small, centralized complex of prefabricated buildings. Most of the buildings in TF - 85 are barracks, with the rest serving as corporate and military headquarters and offices. There are landing pads covered that can be covered by camo tarps, or a small hangar capable of fitting several freighters, or more starfighters. The facility is on one of Imynusoph's smaller islands, on the opposite side of the planet from the Neimoidian fishing operation. The main portion of the facility takes up the center of the island, with tunnels and underground rooms extending under them. There are then guard and security stations placed in the forest around the rest of the island incase of pirate or other hostile activity. Guards are equipped with heavy repeating blasters, and handheld SAM Missile launchers, each with 2 missiles apiece for fending off invasion. The facility is equipped with a shield, similar to the one used by the Gungan army in Episode 1, typically only activated during attack. This is meant to allow the evacuations time to get out. While not in use, Hell's Nightmare would stay in orbit around the planet's sole moon to avoid detection.
Makeup: The shelter has a total of four hangars, each one capable of holding 50 fighters, or roughly 20-25 freighters. The hangars are partly recessed into the ground, and covered with large bay doors on each side. Barracks buildings are modular, with capabilities to be expanded upon or have more built. Currently there are 5. There are four executive buildings. Two belonging to the company, and two to the military. They are like the square one portrayed in the picture. There are tunnels that extended underground for more space, and evacuation access to the hangars. This is also where the shield generator is located. When emergency drills activated it emerges from the ground in the center and projects its shield over the facility. Around the island are guard shacks, where guards are armed with repeater blasters and anti air missiles to take down invaders. There is a vault in the Naval HQ, deep under the ground under Vestar Trane's office. This is where the credits are stored.

Since this has weapons, you need to go into much more detail about them especially since it would determine if this counts as generic tech or not.

"Point Defense Canons"

You also had more guns described before editing two minutes ago.

My bad, now what weapons. The tech boards are closed, the canons are unnecessary. I can easily have troopers in those guard shacks with heavy repeating blasters.

How was this facility built on a major trade route undetected by a wanted organization?

Because this planet is deserted, practically unknown, and deeeep core.

Then let me rephrase that.

How was this facility built on a major trading route on a pretty well inhabited planet undetected by a wanted group running on fumes?

Edited: Due to it not being in the Deep Core

WHOA THERE. Hold up. Imynusoph is not Deep Core. J-21 is no where near the Core. In fact, if you look at it, I believe it is on the edge of the Outer Rim, which is amusingly, the opposite of the Deep Core. It is however on a trade route, in fact it's at the end of the Hydian way, which is a major trade spine.

Shit I thought it said J-11. Nice catch Ral. Thanks

Well that's even better. yeah it's on a major trade route, but beside a Neimoidian fish operation, there isn't much of notice there. We could operate there undetected. There seems to be no planetary government.

That's like saying, "Except for having near constant traffic in the area, no one comes here."

Neimoidians don't tend to do work themselves. The fish would most likely be transported off via droid piloted transport ships. We set up shop on the other side of the planet from them, we're good.

Yes, ships fly through this hyperspace lane to get to trade. This happens to be at the end of it though, in the very far reaches of the outer rim, in a semi slow planet.

I don't see why people would come on planet, despite being the end of a trade route. And we simply keep Hell's Nightmare just outside of the system to avoid sensors. It's not far-fetched, unlike many other of our endeavours.

I can see this being able to be hidden on a planet. Construction of it however would be hard to hide, so locals/frequent users of the route would probably know of it being there, but most likely wouldn't know who had built it.

This is what I was thinking! Thank you Brett and Norbs.

I edited the description to state that Hells Nightmare would orbit the moon for concealment.

I personally find it hard that people off planet would bother to notice anything like this being built aside from the Neimoidians, but that's good enough for me.

I believe on planet people that often go into space, or explore uninhabited portions may notice. Those who don't probably wouldn't. And definitely no one off world would. This is the end of the Hydian way. Meaning unless you specifically had business here, you wouldn't be here. This wouldn't be a stop point. It's far from EVERYTHING.
