After Dusk (Open)

It wasn't long before Faan'tina had curled up on the bed and fallen asleep. Her mind continued to process and relay the past night while she slept. Faan'tina's dreams were populated with faceless cloaked men and various silhouettes dancing to a pounding tune. Faan'tina floated in mid air above the streets of Coruscant, flying weightlessly.

While she wasn't paying attention, a speeder slammed into her, causing her to spin off to the side. One of the cloaked men was standing on a platform behind her, trying to reach her, his blaster wielding hands outstretched. He was running surrealistically slowly, and couldn't move beyond the edge of the landing pad. Faan'tina flew over and waved a green hand in front of his face, but he didn't even notice her.

Hakim fought the temptation of sleep for a good half hour before he finally decided to succumb, at which point he changed into a pair of lounge pants, killed the lights in his room, and slipped back into bed. The moment his head hit the pillow, he was out like a light, enjoying a deep and dreamless sleep.

[We seem to have taken a completely different story arc from Niner, Ares, and Dragon; maybe we ought to start a different thread to continue this story arc.

((well, we could try to merge these two plotlines back together. For instance, maybe a Hutt crimelord has something against Hakim, so he sends out bounty hunters/mercs to capture him, and they take him and Faan'tina captive. Temis and Novus have already been taken prisoner by him because they both P.O.'d the slug by causing some trouble, and get taken prisoner, so everyone has to work together to fight out? Just a suggestion..))
