Disciplinary action is wonderful, but banning people left and right is currently accomplishing just about nothing, and it really isn't very fair or constructive. In this particular instance, I am referring to the unfair and unreasonable ban of Lucy.

I have talked to her extensively, as many of us have, and Lucy is one of the most agreeable members of the site. She is being banned without a proper investigation into the matter, and she is not the first one. I am obviously not the most active member, nor the best voice on this matter. I feel something needs to be said by someone who, quite frankly, doesn't much care what happens to themselves.

This site is deteriorating into a tyrannical and institutionalized version of the site that we all joined, and nobody is having the fun that they deserve to have anymore. The leadership needs to be looked at in particular, as it is the main problem in all of this.

An admin review session wouldn't be fit for addressing the issues currently plaguing the site, particularly because most of it seems to revolve around you, Brandon. I will say that YOU personally need to look at the way that you handle disciplinary action.

Bans seem to be subjective at this point. The ban process needs amendments. Currently, you seem to take an accusation from absolutely anybody and throw out a ban without even speaking to the person in question, and it is foolish. If you were to look more carefully into these situations, you will most certainly find that you are being hasty.

There needs to be proper communication between the one being banned, and the ones both accusing and doing the banning.There needs to be proper investigation, and there needs to be objective reasoning and guidelines for bans. Rules aren't even being observed at this point, they are simply being bent and ignored whenever convenient.

This has to stop, and I feel the need too say something about it, because this is one of the reasons that I haven't been too active. I find this site harder and harder to approach with all of the stuff going on, and it is disappointing and saddening. So with that, farewell. Even if I am not banned, I will most likely be rethinking this site, as I do not believe that is is a particularly positive environment.

It is a sad day that I must say the reasoning is not for toxicity of members, but rather negligence of those at the head of our group, Brandon.

Long story short: Hiya. This site isn't fun anymore. It's a lot of drama without anything good coming from it, and the bans aren't helping. I'm out, at least for the moment. Just thought I'd let you know.

First of all, you're not going to be banned for voicing your opinion. That's just silly, we've never banned people for stating that they disagree with something. Now, I don't want to discuss the particulars of Lucy's ban as it is against site policy to do so, but I want to just make a few points here.
