I Can tell you why...formatting (good formatting) helps advertise an attractive thread. There's no OOC note on death disabled, intentions, etc. no picture or anything, no tags to people who may havs said they were interested before hand. Otherwise you're basically doing an open house without inviting anyone and waiting for people to walk through the door only they won't unless you make it look bananas (appealing)
