I suggest watching something funny, or an episode of a TV show you like. Read a book or fanfic. Something to get your mind off whatever is depressing you. At least for a short while.

I spent the day in the garden, it was gorgeous outside, especially after a few days of storming. My tomatoes have blossomed quite nicely and the flowers I planted are so close to blooming into incredible purple and yellow flowers! Not sure if that helps. But things keep growing, even after a few dark days.
