There is a council, however it is made up of npcs until a pc can get to a comparable level. So I don’t believe they are taking apprentices.

Timeline is brand new and everyone is starting from the bottom so there arent any high ranking PCs yet. The order is currently in shambles so young fresh Jedi have an opportunity to do cool things.
