"I believe we are to duel Master Ike, Aer'kyl."
Tyrus looked at the parasol. An interesting weapon. He knew not how it would be used in combat, and he hoped he would not find out first hand: He hardly thought he needed the handicap of facing an unfamiliar weapon as well as a Master.
Tyrus raised his eyebrows. Another duel? He was still holding his lightsabers: it occurred to him he had never actually turned the power back up.
He moved forward, ready to fight when it was his turn, but still wary of the beast behind them.
Tyrus turned - slowly - and stood facing the Felecat. He had no inkling of what to do here, but nevertheless he tried to think calmly, and project those feelings into the felecat's mind.
Tyrus fell in behind the others following the girl. His lightsabers and his senses were ready: he did not want to be surprised from behind if the girl was in fact in danger.
((I'm playing the character. I wasn't expecting it to work anyway, but it had to be tried. And I've got no idea where Tyrus is in the course. And if you have a problem with my length of posts, take it up with me elsewhere.))
Tyrus felt an unexpected mount of resistance coming from Andreus. He...
Tyrus slowed down a moment to observe the situation. The flames were gone, and both other students were very close to completing the race. Well, he'd have to do something about that, wouldn't he? While he was perhaps not as proficient at all of the other forms of Force use they had been using so...
Tyrus looked at the girl's disheveled appearance and and instantly felt sympathy for her. He cocked his head, trying to discern the meaning of the girl's pointing, then approached her - Cautiously. Trusting, he was not, regardless of circumstances.
"What's your name?" He spoke softly.
Tyrus paused a moment. He thought he could hear someone.. crying? It sounded like a young girl. He looked about, and began moving towards the sound, searching for her with his Force Sight.
Tyrus continued advancing, albeit somewhat slowly. His eyes widened a little as he saw the massive flames over nearer to Dartel and Andreus, but he didn't have time to think about that: he was too busy focusing on his own problems.
A few moments later, he felt an inkling of danger in one of the...
Tyrus mirrored Tsume, bowing deeply to the King, then turned on his heel and followed Ayva out of the room, replacing his shoes when appropriate. He used his advanced vision to search for any possible threats, and he kept alert, ready in case his limited danger senses made themselves known.
Tyrus continued applying Force Valor, diving off the platform he was standing on and jumping quickly from pillar to pillar, landing with his hands instead of his feet occasionally as he flipped over in mid-air. He continued using the Force to absorb and dissipate energy as he needed, but he was...
Tyrus followed along with the others, staying inconspicuous as they moved through the streets, and then removing his shoes as Ayva directed. He stayed near the rear of the group, not speaking and looking around for any potential danger. He had no idea how long this ruse would hold up, but he...
