My favourite character would definitely be Cotan.

Favourite memories with him start from the time he was kidnapped by Geist Weiss and continued past that, generally, although there were a few before that (such as when some Jedi Master trying to teach him something decided to have herself fired upon by droids with blasters set to lethal power levels just because "bruh I'm sure you can do this when there's an actual threat happening").

Favorite character: @Fat Possum's sexy Hapan. RIP.

Memories: spy antics, super sad death scenes, and teaching a wookiee how to nut shot someone with the force.

I vaguely remember killing possible thousands of innocents, pleading guilty, and walking off scott free.

I had good times with Geist. Pretended he was important. Impersonated a Jedi Grandmaster. Killed the Imperial Knights. Being a part of the Sacul arc. Destroying an entire planet by throwing a moon at it. Becoming Dark Lord of the Sith. And, of course, the Rainbow Wedding.

Corric Andara, my stormie who was constantly sh*t out of luck. First deployment, blew a concussive grenade in the Imperial Navy's Admiral, killing two Navy Stormtroopers, getting shot several times on that mission. And then going on missions with General Sev, Major Scryer who was the uncle of the Admiral. . .

Honestly, my favorite character was Kir Xinn. He was the only character I had that was not typical from the moment I created him, and his ending was almost too fitting. The only other good one was Kaeri Vanay and I couldn't get any use out of her after the time-skip...

Trying to balance real life, school, family, social life, sports, college applications, and this is by far the most enjoyable thing I've ever tried.

I didn't succeed, but hey; at least I tried.

wtf... @Dmitri you start this thread and get 16 replies. I tried to start one and I got squat, haha.
Here are a few of my favorite things...

1. My favorite character is Ryak. I RPed him from an acolyte and many of my most memorable threads are his. He was also the first character I really RPed with.
2. This "Legacy of Tython" thread is probably my favorite. Cassa and I had a great time planning and writing it. Plus I got to blow up the Jedi temple. :D
3. Below is my favorite post. I loved the thread and being able to read how people's characters reacted to what had happened. Hopefully we can have more "reaction threads" like this in the New TL I also loved writing Renald's reactions because I hadn't RPed him much.
Coronet City, some called it the Jewel of Corellia. It was one of Corellia's largest cities. Although it was considered small compared to cities of planets like Taris or Coruscant before the Empress had her way with it. However like those latter cities Coronet had its own wretched hive of scum and villainy; and that was Blue Sector. The Smuggler's Den was an overcrowded, yet very large cantina in Coronet City's Blue Sector. Renald sat at the bar nursing a Corellian Ale. Ever since the CLF had gone underground in order to keep a low profile until the time was right Renald had sported a shaggy beard and had died his unkept hair red. The disguise helped keep his true identity out of the Imperium system.

Renald glanced about as he finished off his ale. The place seemed to have gotten seedier than he remembered it. "Another ale please... make it a Spiced this time." Renald had grown up on the streets of Corellia and knew this cantina along with the rest of Blue Sector like the back of his hand. In fact, he knew most of Coronet like the back of his hand. Many of the rich and those who abhorred Imperium rule had moved into the Blue Sector either because they chose to or they had nowhere else to go after being evicted by Stormtrooper squads. Given the overall deteriorating state of Coronet City CorSec hardly patrolled the Blue Sector anymore. "Here ya go," the bartender responded, snapping Renald out his memories, as he slid him another drink. Renald took a sip of the cold beverage. He paused a moment before swallowing to savor the spiced flavor.

As Renald savored his drink he looked up above the bar to see what was playing on the holo. It appeared tonight's holocast consisted of Podracing on Malastare. Very fast, very dangerous, but apparently very exciting as well, as a podracer careened off the track and exploded brilliantly. There would be a very unhappy Hutt somewhere. Suddenly the screen flickered a bit and then the striking image of a woman appeared on the screen. It was Empress Andraste. Renald had never seen her before but it didn't take much to figure out who the woman was. Renald asked the bartender to turn it up. Most of the patrons were paying little attention but a few, like Renald, were watching.

So, the Skywalker line was not dead. Frankly Renald wasn't particularly surprised by the revelation. His own line had been traced back nearly 4000 years, although it wasn't as notable as the Skywalker lineage. Renald mulled the news over in his mind. The Empress was a Skywalker and given the rumors about what happened to Coruscant, a powerful one. The fact she was a Skywalker didn't change much though. She was as powerful and dangerous as she was and a name wouldn't affect that. What changed everything was the fact that the Empress had a daughter. Renald considered himself an amateur historian and as a result he knew the Skywalker's history. Throughout the ages there were instances of history repeating itself and all Renald... no all the Galaxy could do was hope that history would repeat itself.

"Was the Word Hope?"

Renald was snapped out his thoughts for the second time in one night. This interruption was far less pleasant than a cold Corellian Spiced Ale. What had caught Renald's attention was screaming emanating from the holoscreen. Renald and the rest of The Smuggler's Den's patrons watched in horror as over a thousand sentient being's lives were snuffed out by one single person. Renald felt his hand was wet and looked to see his glove soaked in ale. Apparently he had crushed his glass in his hand, his glove the only thing keeping the shards from embedding themselves in his flesh. Renald couldn't believe what he had just seen. There had been no provocation, no nothing. The Empress had just killed all of those people, her own people, for no reason at all. She had to be stopped.

Someone right next to Renald laughed. Renald turned to see who could have possibly thought what had just happened was funny. Standing next to Renald was an Imperial officer who was stationed at the small barracks just across from The Smuggler's Den. "You find something funny?" Renald asked the officer, venom dripping from his voice. Renald couldn't see how anyone but a psychopath could find what had just occurred humorous, although the Imperium did seem to attract the type. "The Empress just bitch slapped everyone there. Just like she bitch slapped the GA and just like she will bitch slap the pathetic resistance on this pitiful planet." The officer spat with a hideous smirk on his face.

Renald wasn't in the mood and he decided to wipe that smirk right off the officer's face. Before the officer realized what was happening his nose was a bloody mess as he went crashing to the floor. Some of his fellow Imperials had been watching and got up from their table to converge on Renald. They didn't get very far. The Smuggler's Den was full of those who hated the Imperium more than anything and there was murder in their hearts. The patrons of the bar converged on the two other officers and began beating them to a pulp. The officer who Renald decked never got up as another group of anti-Imperials kicked his head into mush. In this case the line of the Sith code, Peace is a lie there is only Passion, rang true.

"Was the Word Passion?"

The CLF had been dormant far to long. It was time... and the Empress's atrocities were the perfect catalyst. The liberation of Corellia would begin tonight. Renald motioned to the bartender who knew exactly what he had in mind. The bartender produced a few bottles of ale. Renald ripped some pieces off of the ragged beggar's clothes he was wearing and stuffed them into the bottles. He then grabbed the bottles and passed them out to his fellow patriots. He didn't need to tell them what to do. Renald kept three bottles for himself and led the group out of the cantina.

Just outside The Smuggler's Den a large crowd had gathered in front of the barracks to watch the holocast. The crowd was furious after what it had just witnessed. There were murmurs of anger, shouts for vengeance, and some had even begun to throw rocks and other small items. A small line of Stormtroopers and Imperium soldiers were the only things keeping the crowd out of the barracks. The crowd was on the edge and a small push was all it would take. Renald decided a big push would be better.

Renald moved through the crowd shouting death to the Empress, down with the Imperium, and free Corellia, among other things. The crowd soon picked up his chants and the volume rose to a roar. Renald handed two of the Molotov Cocktails off to some teens he knew would love an excuse to vandalize something. "For Our Freedom We Fight. For Our Planet We Die. May Corellian Ships Forever Fly High." Renald chanted the CLF motto as he moved through the crowd to get closer to the barracks. The crowd took up the new chant and surged forward; Renald chunked his Molotov Cocktail as hard he could. It hit the large holoscreen on the barracks, shattering it before it burst into flames.

The seen suddenly became chaos as the rest of the Molotov Cocktails were thrown at the barracks. The line of troopers lost all control of the crowd. Some were trampled and others were pulled apart limb from limb, in the crowds anger. It wasn't long before the entire barracks had been looted and set on fire. The riot had now begun to spread. The crowd had grown as it spread through the Bazaar of Treasure Ship Row. Its ranks growing as Corellians who hated the Imperium poured out of their homes hell bent on destroying any evidence of the Imperium in sight. With luck the entire Blue Sector would be in riot.

"Was the Word Vengeance?"

Renald followed the crowd as it spilled out into streets and alleys. Renald turned at one small alley separating himself from the crowd and entered an old dilapidated building. Renald made his way up to the fifth floor where one of the CLF's safe houses was located. Renald stripped off his rags and headed to the refresher. After turning on the water he slumped to the floor and placed his face in his hands. Despite the warm water flowing over him he was shaking as he came down from the adrenaline high.

So much death, so much destruction. Renald had lived on the fringe his entire life. He had seen and done things, but nothing on this scale. Renald had never seen death on this level. Neither had he put so much emotion into something. Nor had he done anything before to cause so many deaths. Renald was not naïve. He knew there was not one Imperial left alive in Blue Sector after tonight. Renald was also sure innocent people had died. Once a crowd like that got going nobody was safe. He had told himself he was prepared for those deaths, even his own if it came to that... but now, he wasn't so sure. Renald also wasn't sure Jenny would have wanted him to compromise himself like this. She had served the Corellian Rebellion through giving them supplies and medicine not by fighting.

Renald took a deep, shuddering breath. He wasn't sure he could handle this day in and day out. ...Jenny... Renald wished she was here. He wished he hadn't lost her. Maybe she would have fallen like he did. She loved Corellia even more than him. The love of a homeworld could make someone do terrible things. Love in general made people do things they never would have thought they were capable of doing. Love for Jenny was the reason Renald had started the CLF. The reason he was currently sitting on the floor of this refresher nearly sobbing into his hands. Love was the reason, he realized, he was prepared to do anything in his power to see Jenny's dream of Corellia's liberation realized. Love was the reason he was willing to die for the cause.

"No... the Word, was Love."
