Hello my freaky darlings. We've got a lot to report! First off, I'd like to say thank you to everyone participating in the missions. I can see that we got a little stagnate in a few of them but we're rolling again. I'd like to get them done soon. Don't rush or anything, but let's not forget about them is all. From my count, only one mission has actually been completed of the available six tasks. So let's correct this by the next newsletter k?
That being said, I'd like to do a little roll-call to see who's still active. I don't need a posting of your characters, but a simple "Hey I'm alive" would be appreciated. If you have archived your character for any reason please feel free to shoot me a PM. No judgement, just tears lol. JK. Along with our current sign ups, I'm going to be making a little change. As of now, sign-ups will no longer be position oriented. What I mean is, you have to start from the bottom. This applies to new Syndicate members only! Those of you who got here first got their picks and the freedom that went along with it. Which is why (sorry for calling you out) I allowed @Namira Heart to create a Two-Ring right off the bat. This will also be allowed to you guys who currently have characters. If say your current one dies, or you decide to archive them, you can make one at whatever rank you wish (Pending approval from myself of course). You won't have to make a newbie and get promoted all over again.
And I said the magic word...promotions are in order. First, our new roster will be as such! Congrats to @Topher Ridge to his ascension to Three Rings due to his contributions in missions along with other help for the faction itself. Likewise, congrats to @Darasuum to a Two Ring for his participation in multiple missions. Lastly, give a round of applause to @210yeti as he has earned his first Ring.
Back to business. We have some amazing news in the works. The Hutts are going down! In case you haven't read The desilijics literal fall from power please take a look at this. The Shadow Syndicate was originally created with the intention that they were against all things Hutt and organized to fight them at every turn. It wasn't my idea, as I prefer a crime faction more focused on pirating and slavery. But it is what it is. So going along with the rp background of our faction, it's kind of important that we participate in this. I'm not asking for full participation, I understand people get busy, but if everyone at least says they were there, or helped take it down in some way, that would be a huge help.
So with the Hutts out of commision it looks like we won't have enemies.........oh wait. We're being attacked! In our Ryloth thread the Kjlljk Protectorate has come to defend Ryloth without actual posting permission from Mandalore/the Dominion. Until further notice the Protectorate are now officially our enemies and are to be shot on sight. All bounties focused on their heads being served up on my dinner table. Kk? Good.
