Setting: Coruscant Underworld, Level 1782
Topic: Secret Meeting Between Arritef Selanus and Jaceson Lightsworn
Arritef walked at a rather brisk pace through the mounds of destroyed ships and utilities, making sure to dodge any passerby. He didn't want any trouble today; this meeting was far too important for that. Arritef was located on Coruscant, deep within the underworld. Level 1782 is a gigantic junkyard used by people throughout the galaxy. For many miles there is nothing but heaps of trash and the occasional hovel. Trash might be stretching it, as one could find just about anything in the world to do with a ship here, whether it was functioning or not was a different story though. Arritef glanced at what appeared to be a broken down Jedi ship from the war. He went to inspect it, curious as to its contents, but found that it had already been raided, probably long before Arritef even learned of the existence of this junkyard. He kept walking along the erratically carved paths of trash with seemingly no destination. Arritef was actually headed to a location he had found as a young child. It wasn't what you could call a home, but it was a temporary refuge that he had to escape to. It wasn't well-known, but it wasn't hidden either. Any lowlife lurking deep within the depths of the underworld would know of the thousands of places just like it down here. Passing by several familiar heaps, Arritef made it to the location. Entering the poorly constructed hut, he lit up an archaic lantern and surveyed the premise. "This will do nicely" He thought.
Looking down at his communicator, he sent a signal to the man he needed to see. He punched in a few coordinates and gave the affirmative for Lightsworn to come meet him. He then simply sat in a ready position and waited. He was armed, but he held no ill will. Initially, Arritef had thought that it would be easiest to assassinate this man. He knew far too much and was far too clever to be left alone. After giving it a little thought and getting over his initial fear of discovery, Arritef realized how foolish that would be. If he was really a Jedi as Arritef believed, then he would be a powerful ally. If he wasn't, then he still would prove to be one. Not to mention Arritef wasn't certain of his chances of assassinating the man, all things considered. If he was indeed a Jedi, Arritef would be hard-pressed in a fight. While confident in his ability to win nonetheless, he wasn't going to risk it for foolishness. Hopefully, if everything went well in this meeting, not only would Arritef gain a powerful ally and possibly friend, but ADI would as well. "I hope he is who I think he is......"
