I didnt realize i wrote it twice haha my bad. And i think its good with the magic weakness. Seeing as he can replicate other beings powers it helps offset his OP tendencies in my opinion.

Physical Description (hair, eyes, height, weight, distinguishing marks ect.): Jasper is somewhat skinny, but is tall with it adding to the bean pole look, this stems from spending his life on the run for the most part, he is fit and active and doesn't tire easily under normal circumstances, he has shaggy hair rarely brushing it and his clothing is heavily worn and patched. His eyes are naturally blue but when engaging his power they become green orbs
Costume: what ever he's wearing at the time, it's usually worn and fixed with patched of other clothing, the only thing he maintains is his foot ware which are a pair of heavy military issue boots.
Primary Power:
Jasper's primary power is energy manipulation, he is able to focus raw energy into power beams of light and direct them towards his enemy, this can manifest in several ways either as a singular pulse of energy projected from either of his hands or as a halo effect around his body when he becomes shrouded an a protective aura of energy, at his extreme Jasper is capable of creating a detonation of powerful energy which can rival that of a nuclear explosion

Jasper is granted a limited flight ability which in truth is more akin to gliding he is able to make his body almost weightless and using his energy manipulation is able to propel himself around.
Tertiary Power:
Jasper's ability manipulate energy extends to his physical being, and like energy it appears to be incapable of being destroyed, if he enters a death like state his body reforms over time.
Primary Weakness:
Jasper's greatest weakness is in truth his body, while his power are exceptional his body is not, it is restricted to the normal levels of endurance and he tires quickly when using his powers, excessive use of his abilities can and often does leave him unable to move or even defend himself.
Secondary Weakness:
Jasper is highly susceptible to blunt force trauma which his aura will stop a lot of damage it provides no protection from blunt force attacks.
Tertiary Weakness:
Depending on the level of damage he sustains depends on the time needed to reform for example detonation takes an estimated decade to recover from.

Jasper is somewhat mischievous in his role as a freedom fighter / terrorist he moves with a quick rashness and over confidence which has Earned him the name of Spectre, he treats most things as a joke, but when things turn serious he is a force of nature destructive to the extreme.

Jasper was an experiment in energy containment an attempt to make human's more efficient to act almost like a battery, his mutation allows him to absorb astronomical levels of energy and manipulate it within his body, but it puts a strain on him he is constantly fighting within himself to retain control, his first accident led to countless deaths when he inadvertently lost control and detonated in a heavily populated area, this as research went was seen as an abject failure but when he reappeared a decade later the research program was restarted, they found that he possessed greater control of his abilities as if his first detonation had been a shedding of sorts allowing him to better bond with his powers and what them meant for him.
