Alien: Covenant

Has anyone else seen it yet? I saw it and despite a lot of criticism, found it enjoyable. Still prefer Prometheus as Covenant had a lot of hit and misses, but I was still entertained. Unfortunate some questions from Prometheus remain unanswered.

I have a friend I trust about these things, and who is a large fan of the originals, who saw it and thought it was hot garbage. What was redeeming about it for you?

It was a better film then Prometheus, and a better Alien film them the last two, not counting the AVP films.
