Even though I know most of everyone here is a huge star wars fan, why else would you be here lol. But I am wondering if anyone here is into anime or manga as well? If so let me know what your favorite is or if you want to talk about one let me know! My favorite is Bleach, Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online, and there are many others.

Sure, I'll name a few, though these are, of course, only a small number of what would be a massive favorites list.
Anime: Fate Series, Mirai Nikki, and Hajime No Ippo
Manga: Akame ga kill (way better than the anime) Attack on titan (cause the show is seriously behind and I hate waiting) and Tokyo Ghoul ( I like the manga a little better)

I completely forgot about The Seven Deadly Sins! I've watched that show on netflix, and need to find the time to read the manga. Whenever I watched the first episode I was kind of skeptic. After finishing the first episode, and then continued to the next, that skepticism turned into curiosity. Then completing the season I wanted more! Meliodas is possibly the funniest and coolest main character I've seen so far. He never takes anything seriously until a serious situation turns into a horrific situation. I can't wait to see the last remaining Sin, and see what they have in store for Ban.

Ban- "CAPTAIN!!!!!!!"
Meliodas- "BAN!!!!!"
*both beats the hell out of each other, but neither comes close to actually dying*

Well where I am from Manga and Anime is either not known or known for "weridos". So I was just curious on a Star Wars Forum to know who all likes it lol

I never got into that show. But really good shows I would recommend:
Bleach
Naruto (both of these will take you a long time to watch, so you will be fully occupied)
Sword Art Online
Seven Deadly Sins
Either FullMetal Alchemist series
Ajin: Demi Humans (this is really good)

and I am sure more people will post recommendations ^_^

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is my anime of anime. Also, if you drink some water you'll prolly stop coughing. This one time, I had a cough so bad my lungs fell out through my eyes, and I had to see an eye doctor, and she told me to see an ear doctor next because my ears fell off. Needless to say, it was a long day.
DID YOU KNOW?
Ghost in the Shell has a number of spinoffs. I have seen both seasons of SAC and it is probably the best version of GITS even though I am being biased as I have not seen many other versions. The movies rocked. I hope the live action one doesn't suck.

How is ghost in a shell? I've seen like posters, and like gif's people post on social media. It looks old school drawn and made, so it hasn't made me wanna see it. Since you guys have seen it can you tell me how the story of it is? Is it good, bad, or just something that would make me not regret seeing it?

Ghost in a shell is great. It's one of my favorite animes. That along with yu yu hakusho, aeon flux, samurai x, the dragon ball series, hellsing, drifters, parasyte, g-gundam, and of course last but not least Neon genesis evangelion are some of my all time favorite animes. I don't read much Manga to be honest. Only really read rave master and a few hellsing.

Ghost in the shell is good... it's not for everyone though. I think the animation was great actually, and I didn't mind the art. It's the actual story that might leave you wondering. Just have an open mind, and focus, because everything is important. Definitely watch the original first though, and move from there~

Ghost in the shell is good... it's not for everyone though. I think the animation was great actually, and I didn't mind the art. It's the actual story that might leave you wondering. Just have an open mind, and focus, because everything is important. Definitely watch the original first though, and move from there~

Someone stated above that there are a bunch of spin offs and such. Where should I begin, and work way way through?

The only two I recognize is FMA, and Trigun. I never seen trigun though, but love the FMA series. I just love the military type anime for some reason haha.

I didn't like most of the Ghost in the Shell material, despite liking the original movie. Their recent series Ghost in the Shell: Arise was mediocre at best.

My top anime are probably Psycho-Pass (but not season 2: that was trash) and Spice & Wolf.
