So I am pondering the creation of a second Jedi for the timeline and wondered what peoples thoughts are on the idea of twins. The female a heavy user of force abilities and a male who is a very strong swordsman. Has anyone tried roleplaying siblings? would the fact that they are siblings make it harder to create a decent back story with one possibly taking over the others bio somewhat?

Any advice on approaching a task like this would be wonderful.

This ain't new at all. I've actually always wanted to do something like this. But my advice though would to not make them twins, simply because that lets your partner get more creative with their characters appearance and age.

I was actually going to do both twins myself, i've always liked the whole Luke, Leia situation and it always bugged me that I never saw them fight side by side as Jedi. I also feel like it could mean me playing a larger role as every part I play in a roleplay directly effects my other character.

I was also thinking about them using Battlemind? It would be cool letting them draw power from each other as its not uncommon for twins to have a strong bond?

How did you go about intertwining their stories while keeping unique characters?

Sure thing, depending on what kind of path you wish to follow, that of a force user/duelist I would be happy to role-play one of them as your a real master if you so wished? If not I'm sure you could tag alongside my character('s) in missions they are involved in.

Can never have too many friends.

That's fine!

This is for the new timeline, just to be clear. I see little point in making a character now so close to the timeline ending.

However if you are happy to do some roleplay with my characters that would be great.
