Yeah, even Ral wouldn't know where it was or much less existed without Inga having told him. It makes sense too since Jarmouth wouldn't want other clans coming to attack them during the Civil war since he left Mando space because of it.

Indeed. Makes sense why it wasn't attacked during the civil war. Will the other members of the Mandalorian Confederacy know about the planet?

As time progresses, yes. It only just went from fully isolationist a few months ago. We'll have to slowly ease it into the Confederacy for plausibility's sake.
