The famous drunkard Jedi Master Sirius Venn wanted a place of his own. So he went to Naboo, and bought a place. Renovating it, the man soon had a grand place for people to gamble and drink. Things were great, indeed.
After the death of the late, the great Jedi Master Sirius Venn, aka Deadeye Duncan, Bar Bar Drinks fell under the control of various criminal organizations. Its prestige and quality slipped further and further, until finally a clean-up process was initiated.
Lakkerun Joh'had, Jedi Master extraordinaire, took over the bar by force years later. He instituted some major changes to the place, making it a legitimate business place and cantina.
All criminal organizations that were taking place here are flushed out. All those why try to have one are erradicated once the current keeper of the bar finds 'em. That doesnt mean you can't have one, you can try. But its not advisable, as they tend to find out eventually.
Violence is prohibited. You can try it, but you'll find a new enemy with the bartender.
Weaponry is prohibited. Same rules apply as violence. You can smuggle one it, but they'll will find out when youre using it.
The once worn-down and delapidated building is now in new order, the walls refurnished and jazzed up. Music plays 24-7, and all your favorite dancers are still here. And of course, booze is still served by everyone's favorite barkeep yours truly.
