Tran was hanging out on Zeltros. It was part of his vacation of the year. A brief respite from the war though he had gotten a promotion recently. Being a luxury planet, it would make a pretty good vacation. Perhaps if the war ended soon, he might be able to visit again. Also, he had met some Zeltron some years earlier. Perhaps the same guy might be back.

As he was going to Zeltron, he generally took the precaution of bringing his rebreather and various chemicals to try to ensure that the pheromones wouldn't make it overly persuadable. Some of his friends from the navy had been chemists. He also had various other vacation orientated items like a toothbrush and what not.

Once he checked in to the hotel, he decided to visit the bar in the bottom of the hotel. Later on, he would go on one of the tours around the town and around the rest of the planet.

Alden was hanging out in a bar, on his home planet of Zeltros. He had a few women sitting at his table, but he had little interest in any of them. Maybe he had gotten tired of having the same type of beautiful company all of the time. Maybe he needed something other than pleasure and money to make his life more complete.

He had a friend who had rescued from a psych ward, even though he was probably better off there. Alden had had to save him from trouble on quite a few situations, like when he decided to assault strangers for fun. That was an exciting a fun time. Trying to convince the authorities that it wasn't really Murrgh's fault that those things had happened. That same friend happened to be in the bar, though Alden did not quite know where he was at the moment. Which possibly could have been caused by the woman sitting on his lap.

Still, Murrgh had even saved Alden on a few occasions, as sometimes having a half crazy wolf man as your ally was pretty damned useful. Who knew?

Murrgh was angry. However, that was a usual thing, so he did not question why he wanted to rip the bar maid's torso apart.

He was a strange sight in this bar, a wolf man ni a establishment full of riches and luxury. If it had not been his friends wish to "converse" with so many females, he would not even be here. He was also not drinking, so if his friend had not been responsible for so much business, (the multiple women), the owner would have tried, and failed to remove Murrgh from the premisses.

He debated challenging Alden to a competition of drinking, but then he remembered the other eight or nine times he had tried to win a drinking contest, and had lost miserably.

Darn him and his second liver!

However, Murrgh thought, he tried to avoid alcohol as it brought more fog into his already cloudy mind.

Tran moved further into the bar looking around a bit. There were quite a few humans in the bar just sitting around. Some in dark corners and other around the tables or at the front. However, several others were there. One of them was some strange dog man thing. Tran had no idea what it was but he noticed some natives as well, largely the bartender and a few patrons.

Naturally, he went up to get something as he was a bit hungry and thirsty. So he went up and got himself a drink at the self serve area. What he got was non-alcoholic as he usually like to keep full control of himself at most times. Still, he continued looking around to see if there was a chance the same man he had met before was there.
