If you have any questions, problems, opinions or updates concerning the grand tournament itself, the rules, the draw or the running of it, feel free to post them here. (If you have anything concerning the tournament you want to bring up outside of the public domain feel free to PM me.)

Lol, yea. Until the Jedi engages in close combat with his lightsaber, lol.

Anyhow, I have a question. Is there someone who watches and judges the battles to determine who wins?

No...you RP it until one character has beaten the other. If it's going on forever and nobody is willing to admit they've been beaten, chances are one of you (if not both) could be disqualified for godmodding.

Note: Godmodding and clever RPing are 2 different things, but be sure you know the difference.

I'd like to see a Jedi block 200 rounds a minute coming at them.

About Fioch's jedi...

The character is a padawan that hasn't been trained at all, so I do not see how he is going to be able to fight. Without training, the character will not be a practitioner of any lightsaber form skillfully, or know any force powers. So, in combat when he rps fighting, he won't be able to use any force powers or any form of lightsaber combat (other than basic overhand/horizontal swipes and blocks) And if the character does any form of advanced techniques or uses a force power, then will that be allowed?

Also, I know godmodding isn't aloud (obviously) but what if they use skills and techniques that their character wouldn't have? How will that be penalized? Wouldn't the combat have to stay to true to the character's profile? (for an example of this, refer to my concerns about Fioch's Jedi using abilities and such that he wouldn't have without training.)

Fioch's ex-Jedi has had some training.

Which one is that?
Because he joined with Osman Pasha, and I read his profile, and it doesn't state that he's an ex-Jedi, and doesn't say anything about his training in it.

There are currently no restrictions of equipment, but that if on the condition you stay realistic. And the only gun I know of capable of 200 rpm is a chain gun - even a GPMG can't do that and no-one can fire a GPMG from a standing position...so you can't have a GPMG or chain gun.

It should be posted in his profile.

I think he's waiting for his future in the Jedi Order to be finalised before he updates that section of his profile.

Actually, you're wrong their ols. The Ak-47 fires 775 rpm, and the M4 carbine can shoot anywhere from 700-1,000 rpm. I know those aren't star wars weapons, but I'm sure (due to the fact that star wars has WAY better technology then we do) that there are plenty of sw weapons that can beat that.

Pretty much, just about every type of assault rifle shoots well beyond 200 rpm. The lowest rpm I think is 400, and thats on a Fabrique Nationale smg.
