INTELLIGENCE: Varies based on topic, he is quite knowledgable about several jedi arts yet knows near to nothing of the political issues in the galaxy.
WISDOM: He tries to think things through carefully and his patience is improving but he will act rash in certain circumstances or if a solution eludes him.
CHARISMA: Donovan can sometimes forget that there are people as, or more, skilled than him. This leads him to act superior in many situations, which then tends to aggravate those around him.

PERSONALITY:
Don is very goal-oriented, and his ultimate goal is recognition as better than others. He can seem lazy when he doesn't see how a task relates to anything he wants. Despite this, when convinced to carry out something, he will always do whatever he can to complete it. He likes when he receives what he perceives as respect from someone and can seem overly formal.
Although he focuses on his own goals, he understands that the needs of others can take precedent.
HISTORY:
As a child, Don lived with his father in a reasonable house on Beltrix III. He never knew his mother but his father tells him she was a travelling Jedi who couldn't stand setttling down. Don was quite observant and fast, possibly due to slight force sensitivity. He was quite competitive and would compete in little contests with others.
He and a small group of friends would explore around wherever they could. It was this habit that got them caught for trespassing. There was no major punishment but one annoyed worker issued Donovan a challenge to show his skills: Get into a respectable career path without causing mischeif in the meantime.
When he heard of someone heading to a temple on some planet, he didn't care. Or at least, he didn't care until he heard that this was the temple of an incredibly selective order known as the Jedi. Two things struck him: First, there was a group with high entrance requirements, and he would show that he was more than good enough for them. Second, the mother he had never met, and had a single photo of, had apparently been a Jedi. Perhaps she would be in their records and Don could find her. After asking people about them, Don found that Jedi were considered honourable and dedicated to peace. He travelled to the home of the Jedi and pleaded to be enrolled, after a few short exams, he could swear there were points were they just stared at him oddly, he was accepted.
