Expanding Influence

Inspired by the Conclave held on Tython, the Jedi look outward from the Deep Core — determined to expand and acquire resources for the inevitable war to come. Time is of the utmost essence.​

Jakku​

Thread 1 — Ghosts Aren’t Real: Although there are many ruins of ancient structures in the jungles of Jakku, there is one in particular that is rumoured to be "haunted" by the locals. Alarming stories reveal to the Jedi that it is in fact the home of a Dark Side artifact and a cult that has flocked to worship it. It is the Jedi's mission to seek out and destroy this artifact and disband the cult. — (Ask, DM)

Thread 2 — Taken: Feresse's Point, Jakku's largest settlement and a trade hub, is rife with illegal activities and smuggling operations. However, some of the locals are disappearing — either being taken by slavers or kidnapped for ransom. The Jedi's assignment is to go and find the missing villagers and stop those who are taking them. — (Ask, dice or DM)

Ifrane​

Thread 1 — Pride's Fall: A local settlement is being terrorized by a pride of Nexu with a massive alpha leading them, which is killing off their cattle and endangering families. The Jedi offer their aid to hunt down the pride, either to relocate the beasts or slaying them. — (Ask, dice or DM)

Thread 2 — Keeping the Peace: Tensions between two villages over territory and trade has risen to a breaking point. The Jedi have been asked to mediate for the elders of each village and prevent violence from breaking out — and if it does, stop it from breaking down into a civil war. — (Ask, dice or DM)

Rakata PRime​

Thread 1 — Swallowing Pride: The Order needs ships, and the Rakatans are some of the only shipbuilders this side of the Galaxy. The Jedi seek to negotiate with the Rakatans to set up a contract to build exclusively for the Jedi. The primary point of contention with this mission is that the Rakatans believe they are a superior race. — (Ask, dice or DM)

Thread 2 — Shipyard Blues: Crime plagues the shipyards as frequent raids leave Rakata Prime without critical parts and even stolen ships. The Jedi intervene, looking to catch the thieves in the act and stop them permanently from sabotaging or stealing anything more. — (Ask, dice or DM)

Thread 3 — Slaves No More: There is a cult of Rakata openly worshiping and practicing the Dark Side. They have enslaved a number of their own race, but the city security will do nothing to stop these "religious leaders". Thread 4 — Unwelcome at Home: A population of non-Rakatans live in the city, continuously having to deal with rejection and prejudice from certain Rakatans. The Jedi notice this and will seek to help improve relations between the Rakatans and other species living with them. Opposition could come in the form of rioters and aggressive Rakatans trying to force the outsiders away from the city. — (Ask, dice or DM)

Hey all, just a quick check-in. Looks like one thread is already finished and the rest are well on their way, good job so far! With the end of the TL on the horizon, it seems as though the Jedi might not make much use of these planets, but we will certainly use the nice credit boost for finishing the plot :P

Keep working on them, and I think we should be done everything in a couple weeks!
