Maneuverability: Maneuverability is no. This ship has thickened hulls and boosted shields, and what it gives up to have those is it's maneuverability. Maneuverability is hampered, lowering it to sub-average maneuverability primarily due to the thickness of the hull and the amount of power going to weapons and shields versus maneuvering thrusters.
Description: The newest design fresh from KES Shipyards shipyards, the Extinction-Class. This sucker is not fast, it is not maneuverable, but it sits in the back, the front, or wherever it really feels like sitting and throws shit. It's shields are boosted and hull thickened to withstand increased abuse from enemy forces and not really have to worry about it. It carries a party with it, and enough firepower to require the enemy to wear their brown pants today.
The Extinction-Class Battle Cruiser fits nicely with a Titan-Class Corvette as the two are both heavily armored. In such a situation an Extinction would serve as the flagship while commanding a fleet of Titans and Extinctions for hellish results on the other side of the battle.
Do you want teeth in your fleet? Do you want to win space combat? Here you go.
