BN, bro, you cannot have a disruptor weapon. I understand you have "lowered the intensity" and seek to depower the weapon to allow it to pass, but it is banned by name, not per say by function. In short, no disruptor weapon in any shape or form is permitted in this current timeline.
But besides that, depowering a disruptor defeats the very purpose of the disruptor weapon - it literally ceases to be a disruptor. Mechanically, a disruptor is virtually identical to a standard blaster. The only difference is the energy discharge (a disruptor's energy output is several times that of a standard blaster, thus why it incinerates matter), and the quantities of blaster gas it consumes. Fundamentally, a disruptor is a blaster on steroids. Take those away, and it's just a blaster again. It's like saying double bladed lightsabers are banned, and someone decides to make a double bladed lightsaber with only a single functioning blade.
