Isolder awoke on his first morning of Basic Training; an hour earlier than the other recruits. Isolder had planned on waking his comrades up before the Drill Instructors came into the barracks to give them a rude awakening. Unfortunately, plans change; the Instructors had came in an hour early and started yelling at everyone.

Requm Exadoos often enjoyed watching recruits, it reminded him of what he went through. This particular morning several Drill Instructors had asked him to participate in today's drills, mainly because he was SpecOps and they needed these recruits to be roughened up. So having awoken early he arrived in the bunkroom just a little after the DIs.

Isolder was sweating, doing his best to stand still; he had gotten dressed faster than any other day in his life. He had put on his issued camoflauge: his Galactic Repulic ACU and boots. His focus was a spot on the bulkhead in front of him; but it was still hard to concentrate as the Drill Instructors were yelling at him and walking back and forth, interupting his focus on the wall. Isolder knew the DIs were testing his bearing: focus, and concetration; so he did'nt want to give them the satisfaction. A few minutes after the DIs had Isodler stand at attention, another person ad entered the room, he figured it was another Drill Instructor, or his Primary Marksman Instructor (PMI).
"Sir," Isolder yelled as loud as he could, trying to penetrate the voices of the DIs, "Recruit Isolder reporting for Boot, sir!"

Emily moaned as she woke up from nearby shouting. She closed her eyes again, slowly drifting off to sleep till a noise rang in her ear. She jumped at the sound and nearly rolled off the bunk bed because of it. Emily grunted in acknowledgement to get up. She slid out of her bunk and stood up. She was dressed in olive green camo fatigues, neatly pressed and ready for service.

She stepped into her heavy boots and laced them as fast as she could, putting them on tight. The DIs continued their yelling and waking up the new recruits. She quickly trudged herself over to a man standing straight at attention, staring at a bulkhead. Emily stepped in line next to the unknown man, snapping to attention. She narrowed her eyes, concentrating straight ahead waiting for her on DI.

"I'm not your DI. I'm much more. I am not restricted by the same things they are. If you do not follow every word in any commands you will fail. Is that clear?" spoke Exadoos his voice gravelly because he was speaking basic. His family's armor was making strange noises when he moved, like fingernails on a chalk board.

A DI spoke up a second later,"This is Private Exadoos and the reason he is here is because you need a commando to teach you some things. And he's the Trandoshan to do it."

((Hey guys, this can't be a real training session because I'm not at the right rank to do it, but I'll run this around as a RP for yall))

"Understood," Isolder said, not sure what he should address him as, "Private. "
((okay thank you, sorry for short response, I got homework, math, it sucks!))

Emily clapped her heels smartly together, snapping her arm into a crisp salute at both the DI and the frightening looking Commando. She kept her eyes peeled ahead, keeping focus and trying to to sweat in nervousness. Emily held back a gulp and waited for further orders by either of the two, still waiting at attention holding as still as best as she could like a spotted rabbit. Emily just hoped the target range was soon to come. Or some sort of weapons training. She really wanted to get her hands on a sniper rifle again.

"Heard loud and clear, sir!" Emily just noticed she slightly overdid it, but composed herself once more and corrected, "I read you Private." Emily slightly stretched the word 'Private' to try to keep that into memory.

"You there, Keyes." Exadoos approached her. "I notice you are rather nervous. Care to explain?" It almost seemed like an insult to Exadoos about Keyes' being nervous. "Because you have no enemy here, we are all comrades."

Emily didn't even so much as of squirm or step out of place, she remained in her position and stayed righted. "No Private," She replied, "It's just the adrenaline. I'm ready to go,"

She straightened her back and stayed put, making just the smallest of a nod in acknowledgement and agreement.

"Right, Private." Exadoos continued on down the line. "The DIs have a present instore for yall. Head to the Hand to Hand combat area and you can find out what it is." As the recruits shuffle out, Exadoos walks up to the DIs, who have a confused look on their faces.

"You get to each train 5 recruits some random combat techniqes you know, without hurting them severely. It helped me in the long run and you never know when you need to pull out a trick." The DIs nodded approval then went after the recruits, barking and yelling, making sure they were quiet.

When Exadoos arrived he only got two privates. One he noticed from earlier. "Private Keyes, you're up first." He looked past her to see the second recruit. "Private Caine you are up after her."

A hesitation came from Emily. Was she to step forward? She could only guess. Emily stepped forward, away from the other Private to come face-to-face with the Commando.

"Reporting," She answered, ready for whatever was to happen to her next. She waited patiently in an at-ease stance. Her curiousity was boiling over, as she was always curious on thinks so she wanted to see what form or style of training this was going to be.

"Private Keyes, what range do you prefer to attack and enemy? Here." Exadoos spoke pointing to where he was standing. "Or there?" He said ponting right next to Keyes.

Isolder was calmed down now; no more sweat, he was relaxed. Isolder always felt a calmness overcome himself before a workout; due to his father's training. As Keyes was preparing herself for battle Isolder walked up to her and held out his hand, "Good Luck."

Emily shook the other Private's firm hand with a nod of politeness, "Thanks. Best of luck when it's your time,"

She took one last glance at the Private wondering if she should be going first, but orders were orders. She took a step back from the man and faced the Commando, back in her position. She thought for a moment, knowing she hated close quarters combat but had to choose. She gave it a second thought then picked, "I'd prefer right next to me," She replied, with an idencation from a tilt of her head to the ground next to her.

Requm gave a nod then suddenly he moved and landed a glancing blow onto her forehead. Not enough to knock her unconscious just give her a daze.

"Then protect yourself."

A layer of dust and dirt picked up as Emily's feet shuffled when she staggered back from the impact. She barely kept her ballance in check as she tried to remain focus and what had just happened. Her dark redish hair shook with the motion of her head as she cleared her thoughts, a headache already begining to form.

Emily looked at her new target in surprise and shock at what just happened. But following orders, she was to defend herself, though she was not good at all with close quarters combat. She went into a crouch, bending her legs gracefully. She swung out her right leg, aiming for the foreleg or the feet of her opponent trying to trip him as she swung around.

Requm lowered himself and grabbed her leg. "If this isn't your strong suit don't fight me there." He said, noticing how she wasn't all that amazing. He then pushed her leg towards her knocking her off balance and making her fall down. "Keyes, your turn is up. Practice then come back for more."

Emily shoved herself back, using her hands and arms to brace herself up. She scrambled away gladly, already done with the short and defeated fight. She stood up and brushed off her fatigues with a simple nod in acknowledgement and stepped back into line. A sigh of relief came from her, but she did indeed had to practice. All she had to do was wait for further orders though or sit and watch the other Private take a go at it.

Isolder rushed the private named Requm, giving no time as he tackled him; and started punching Isolder's elbow, making no sound in his GRCUs as he threw his fists as fast as he could at Requm's shoulders. Isolder was not fighting to win or kill, but to see how strong his opponent was; if Requm was able to push isolder off of him, Isolder would aim at his opponents weak points: his knees, head, or elbow, etc.

((OOC don't act as if a veteran commando couldn't stop a tackle. If the PC obviously has more training I wouldn't recommend trying to tackle him. It's kinda like goddmodding. If you need more explanation pm me.))

Requm easily picked up the man and dropped him onto the ground. After landing the man on the ground he easilly placed the man's arm between his legs and started to pull (arm bar), waiting for the human to tap. If he didn't soon his arm would be gone.
