Hello! Long time forum RPer here, although haven't been in a Star Wars RP before! Glad to meet you all and I'm currently figuring out a character. I have a few ideas buzzing around so far.
1. Twi'lek former slave: A young Twi'lek who was caught up in a violent slave revolt that was a phyrric victory for the slaves, who were able to kill the slavers but suffered great losses in the process. The poor lil' thing was badly traumatised seeing pretty much everyone die a violent death, and abuse suffered at the hands of the slavers. She's a scrawny little thing, so, as Twi'leks go, so wasn't really a valuable slave hence why she was treated like garbage.
In the chaos of the revolt she was left behind in the now abandoned slaver ship. Abilities wise she's meant to be quick on her feet, pretty stealthy, and somewhat cunning, but that's only when she's operating at her best. Right now she's in serious need of hugs.
2. The most interesting Mandalorian in the universe: Old bearded guy who kind of looks like Dos Equis "the most interesting man in the world". After getting a -lot- of credits as a mercenary, retired to a more peaceful life. Friendly sort, would be the sort of person to invite all the neighbours round to a big neighbourhood barbecue, which would probably be the best barbecue in the galaxy. A great storyteller, with lots of stories to tell.
Despite his relatively old age, his skills remain as sharp as ever, but, he is no longer interested in mercenary work. That said, he may get behind a cause, if it is good enough.
3. Human freighter captain: A light freighter captain, a skilled pilot who takes a lot of pride in his vessel which is heavily customised. He runs a service known as "you name it, we haul it" which involves, as the name suggests, ferrying cargo. He isn't above smuggling, but most of his work is legal and above ground, meaning that it's not often he really has to worry about the authorities. Heck, he's probably shipped stuff for them in the past anyway.
Abilities wise, skilled pilot and quick enough with a blaster to shoot first nearly every time.
