The initial surprise had by now faded, and Siri nodded at the woman's answer. So Haar had never told her anything about the Jedi, had never been a traitor to the Order. This brought a wave of peace over Siri and she sighed in relief.
"I wondered why Master never told me of his own master, or of his reasons for being a Jedi. I guess I see now that he had his own reasons for secrecy." she said.
The silence that followed was awkward and nerve racking, but Siri knew that she had to say what was on her mind.
"Thank you for sending him to the Jedi." she finally said. Even though it wasn't your intention, he touched the lives of many of our members old and young. He changed me from a young naive girl into a wise Jedi Knight. I sometimes catch myself using his training methods with my own students. If you hadn't did what you did, I may not have become the Jedi I am today."
