House Anzag

House Anzag is a noble family on the planet of Serenno. Created in 12 ABY, the family has developed their fortune over the course of a century. Their company that caused their jackpot was based on engineering and designing buildings and structures for clients. They built their company small, starting their designs upon Serenno only, and then after getting quite lucky, they expanded to other outer rim planets and later into even the deep core. As they grew richer, the members of the family became more greedy for further power. This boiled down to a murder of almost everyone in the family, killing eachother to steal assets. The law would eventually catch this and capture members, most of them dying to the prison conditions or being executed. In the aftermath, the higher ups of the family took the majority of the assets of the family, with the family main estate as the remaining asset as well as the vault within it. The remaining couple of the family would have two children, with the male being set as the heir to the fortune and destined to bring the House back to its prosoperous name.

Current Members
The current blood line of the family has the least amount of members in its existence, with only two generations currently living.

  • Amadeus Anzag , father of Percius (NPC)
  • Lyrica Anzag, mother of Percius (NPC)
  • @Percius Anzag , heir to the family.
  • Kyara Anzag, sister to Percius (NPC)

Assets

The Anzag Estate (seperate writeup will be made soon for the house). A house that contains both the dark and successful history of the family. For ages this house has been the primary estate of the household, and the remaining Mansion by the time of the family’s decline.

Intent
To build Personal Lore for my Sith @Percius Anzag and develop potential story arcs.

So Ilum was Starkiller base, and as by the time of the prequel movies it was a full on First Order hideout I doubt your family did any mining there. It had to have been forgotten for the first order to secretly built a super weapon there. Your family kicked off in 12ABY, that gives them 18 years to expand into Ilum before it is destroyed. But that 18 years would overlap with the Starkiller construction so the First Order would have probably kicked then off even before they set foot there. And Ilum was a secret from most of the Galaxy anyways, so a random upstart family isn't gonna end up mining it.

More to the point: the galaxy at large doesn't know what kyber crystals are and they certainly don't know how to use them, so mining them would not be a profitable business. During the reign of the Old Republic, the Jedi had exclusive rights to any kyber site thanks to their agreement with the Galactic Senate and the Order often hid the locations of these kyber mines. When the Empire took over, they did the same thing. All kyber sites were kept secretive so that they could extract them for Project Stardust. It's not just that some random family on Serenno wouldn't be mining kyber—no one would be.

Thanks for telling me. I forgot that Illum was Starkiller base. Edited the backstory to be a profitable corporation in the galaxy, so civil engineering.

The edits look good and more plausible.

Approved.
