OPEN Thread: Open to all PCs in Clans loyal to House Skirata.

Setting:
War is coming. Manufacturing sales would tell an observant Skirata as much. For years, the Dominion has patiently waited, watched, studied the pieces on the Grand Chessboard. Now it was time to play, and Dawnward Design Industries was profiting considerably.
Despite their financial gains, House Skirata, still suffering from past political choices, is concerned as war closes in on the Dominion. Desiring both amicable relations with the other Houses, and continued business throughout the galaxy, Skirata is poised on an ambitious alliance. One that could help ease tensions, home and abroad.

Objective:
Secure an alliance with the Kjlljk Protectorate.

Starting Player:

Available Resources:
You may complete the objective using any resource your House has available. Keep in mind your rank and standing within House for IC purposes. ALL PLAYER CHARACTERS WITHIN ALL CLANS LOYAL TO YOUR HOUSE ARE AVAILABLE TO BE UTILIZED IN COMPLETING YOUR OBJECTIVE!

cool. alright. So Donar J Skirata can call upon some resources from Dawnward Design Industries incase we need anything. This is fairly open ended correct? pretty free and allowed to have it take any form we want so long as we acquire an alliance with the Protectorate?

Since Skirata House governs Concord Dawn they have access to the planetary defense force but i wouldn't stretch and use that.

Correct! This is a partnership (if you wanna skirt the loaded term 'alliance') between House Skirata and the outside faction. The Dominion will have no ties politically. Couple things to consider. This is beneficial to your house and very interesting, the more each House forms outside alliances, power shifts in the Dominion. However, always remember, as a Mando'ade should the Mand'alor call the Houses for war...we all answer the call!

And remember part of your resources are the other PC writers, so use them to rp and maybe even pvp to help your efforts! And totally, all your industry resources are available to you.

just an update. i'm communicating with Protectorate leadership OOC so that we can have an IC meet up and relations and get this going.

@Mirdala Priest is this supposed to be done all via one thread? or is this just more of an overarching goal?

Overarching goal. If the alliance negotiations become a 'campaign' type of story, utilize and delegate other skirata members to fulfill necessary objectives.

If all works out well, members of house skirata and the indie faction may work together in threads when one group requires help from the other. Be nice to have indies beside you when war arrives.

Yes but put a claim OPEN to all Mandos loyal to Skirata. Any outside you or Indie's leadership should ask your approval. You and Indie faction leader will share control of thread.

I wanted the element of outside pvp to exist to potentially unite the organizations, but I don't want a bunch of unfeasible ganks taking place and ruining the political rp either.
