Very well. I shan't press the issue then. I'll weigh my options in what other ways to take the matter, and remove the MandalArms writeup from the Fett page.

JUSTIFICATION:
This is basically the large asset expansion I told you about a while ago. I can't give direct links for threads at the moment (on my phone), but we have close to 500 posts of activity in the Bogan board since it was created and have not asked for a single expansion request since the Mustafar attacks. Weve had missions, skirmishes, and a lot of members sign up. The fighters are less then the minimum overall complement of the larger carrying ships; the troops are the total carrying capacity of the military destroyers - which can be built in-house by Sluis Van Shipyards, one of the major assets of the faction, and something I feel has been given sufficient time to have been constructed IC.

EXPANSION JUSTIFICATION: We have 17 members with about seventy five percent activity which is purdy good. Plus most every thing I'm going to request has been diligently written out in actual rp. This will be the Rangers first request for expansion and will be suitably modest to suit our groups small beginning, that being said I will ask for a few additional things that happened in the 'background' per say as being operations conducted by npcs

Super belayed decision - I'll allow the Bogan to possess the Star Destroyers, but they will not have the manpower to operate it at optimal capacity. With that in mind, approved, with concessions.

JUSTIFICATION:
It's been over a year since the last request for assets. In that time the Bogan have continued to work and grow under Ben's leadership. In addition to this, we recently conquered Eriadu and we're working on another set of battles against the Imperium. We've got 18 members in the faction, with another few potentials as well - and the upcoming battles should help boost that even further. With the end of the timeline later this year (and the acquisition of another major set of shipyards at Eriadu), I want to make some pretty large expansions soas to allow the Bogan to tackle the Imperium alngside the rebel factions as per their original intended purpose. I've been talking with Weiss about the kind of defences he'll field and sort of used that to help gauge the kinds of forces I'm requesting. I've also got manufacturing contracts with OLR to help fund the expansion, as well as the standard purchases, trade route taxes and so forth that I can impose on Sluis Van and Eriadu.

JUSTIFICATION:
We have been running for around 14-15 months, and this will be the first expansion request. Whilst I do have to edit numbers and things on the faction page itself (as they are mostly hopeful estimates and such; with this said, many of the starting numbers were poorly informed and the only thing I over wrote that actually needed a power increase rather than a violent nerfing, they will be adjusted to the appropriate math-y numbers pending this request's approval. This company grows like any other might, recruiting, producing, contracting, and selling, all of which are reputable business transactions. When one monopolizes an entire galactic grid square, in addition to running business almost anywhere the Imperium isn't, money is constantly flowing, as well as are men and material. One may or may not view this expansion as large, but this is to represent that KES is intending to take a very specific stance on the current galactic conflict, meaning to side with the Rebellion.Also, this.

+1 Orbital Shipyard Hephaestus (Located near DSC Daedalus on the Hydian Way, Increased starship production capacity, Largest dry-dock measure 1,500 meters in length)

For the record, the Cartel has yet to meet its full obligations in this deal. We haven't delivered the "Bestine Gas" as we never made an expansion towards Betine IV as Matt indicated in the thread, and the recruitment offices portion is going to be further discussed, but I don't think it's an issue as far as NPC recruitment. About the only thing we've really delivered that would aid in expansion was the Durasteel. The credit cost we paid for the ships (10,000,000), wouldn't really cover the price of as much as we purchased. At least if you're going to expand. For comparison the Nebulon-B, a smaller and arguably inferior vessel, cost 8,500,000 per a unit. We purchased 75 of KES's frigates, for that price. Even with the Durasteel and the recruiting offices it's likely we paid far below unit price for everything we bought considering that we also made KES foot the bill for the acquisition of Durasteel, and the construction and upkeep of the recruiting offices.

So either being the evil bastards we are, we seriously screwed over KES and it's now probably bankrupt, or the deal is as of yet incomplete. If it ends up being the latter case, I would be willing to remove the KES ships from our listing until such time as the deal can be renegotiated. I was planning on bringing this all up in said renegotiation, and didn't really see it being a huge issue, but if Brett's going to post an expansion request it might be a problem.

Like I said, I'm more than happy to remove the ships with an Admins blessing, and do a renegotiation if events are interpreted in such a way that will allow it.

Update, I have been informed by Starburns that we will be able to resolve the contract issue by this weekend IC, so please wait until that is completed.

FACTION NAME: The Order of the Keywork
EXPANSION JUSTIFICATION: The faction has lost all terrestrial facilities. The only facilities currently that the Keyworks possess are a frigate, and an apartments complex / warehouse at DSC Daedalus. With roughly 60 Million credits the KES can afford this facility. Currently facing consequences not mentioned before hand in their impending deal with clan Vesajilic the KES would justifiably want to run. This base would give KES minimal facilities to hold out in, with most of its facilities being military and housing. Finally, after OOC delibaration with our member base, it has been stated IC that the KES intends to run, and has a facility waiting.
KES Security and Failsafe Protocols recognizes this as a legitimate Protocol
NEW CONTENT:
Bases:

TF - 85, a loose collection of prefab shelters in a facility style, just enough to suit the lodging needs, food / medical needs, business and military needs. The facility would take up one of the smaller islands on Imynusoph atmosphere No manufacturing capacities as of yet. Facilities would be concentrated in one central area, with hangars / security posts sparsely put along the rest of the island to defend from land attacks. It would be similar to Talon Karrde's operation on Myrkr, but less permanent structures for now, as the facility is new.

Edited to change from TF - 1149 to TF - 85, prfab base on Imynusoph.

Approved. Just make sure that you clarify in the factio nwrite-up some of the things said above, such as the lack of manufacturing capabilities, as well as how many ships are able to be held in the hangars in the facility and the like.

We have roughly 76 million credits with a steady 10 million coming in each month from a contract we have here. This would let us recuperate our engineering division and begin manufacturing things again, thus make more money. We can afford this facility. The facility would be be nearby to Imynusoph, at grid coordinates I-21. Construction would be done primarily by droids, with minimal human oversight. Habitable areas could accommodate half the KES personnel.

I'll give it a proper look tomorrow (raging headache atm), but if your justification for building an orbital shipyard after setting up camp last week is a single three post thread where you form deals with NPCs, then don't hold your breath.
