With the inevitable fall of the Republic and a 5 year time-skip looming, I would like to form a Rebellion-type faction. Since the intended end goal of this timeline is to eventually play out the formation of the Galactic Republic, I believe a faction like this was imminent since the rise of the New Sith Empire. I hope to have this faction formed before the time-skip so as to apply for expansion so as to simulate 5 years of growth. @Brandon Rhea @Sreeya This doesn't interfere with anything you guys have planned for the site story does it? Figured I would run it by you guys just in case.

So will they be operating inside sith space? What differentiates them from the remnants of the republic, what would differentiate them from an ex-republic faction if someone made one? You mention that with the goal of forming the galactic republic the formation of such a faction was imminent, what do you mean by that? How does this faction help in the formation of the republic and why was its creation imminent ever since the sith showed?

Not trying to poke holes, but these are questions you should consider the you want thia faction to have a long term direction. You have put up a very vague description and if you should have some of these details up before people commit to it.

I think an insurgency based off the Rogue one insurgents would be very neat. A sort of hard right faction that does things only a truly desperate people would do.

If its anything like that I'll make a character for it
