Into The Shadows (Shade Training Of Raiden KasMelan)

Quentell deactivated his lightsaber. Of course Raiden could not win a duel against the very Shade Knight yet. Quentell was an adept swordsman.

"You did very well, Raiden. Not bad at all. You have used Juyo in the right way, but since I am still more powerful it is impossible to win this for you. But that doesn't mean I am not proud of you and how you handled your lightsaber. Well done, Raiden."

Quentell put his training saber back into the box and looked over to his student.

"Thus far, you have learned how to wield your lightsaber, how to use serveral Force Powers and how to use the Dark Side... and you already have a lightsaber."

He crossed his arms and looked at Raiden's lightsaber. "But you don't know how to build one. You will build a new one, one that is truly yours. One you made through the Force, one you have a connection with and you must know how to build one."

Quentell paused for a few moments and thought about the crystal cave in the woods. The journey he once made, Raiden was going to make.

"In the woods near this enclave is a cave. Inside the cave are many crystals in different colors. You will have to retrieve one of those crystals. You must make the journey without any weapons or armor, only you and the Force. You may, however, take some food with you. I will be waiting here for you. You may leave whenever you are ready."

OOC: The timejump is in a day. So I want to finish your training before the timejump. If we can't finish it, I will see to it you will become a Knight after the timejump.

Also, I don't think we are able to steal that republic fighter before the timejump...

OOC: Okay, we will try.
The republican ship will just have to have a final post then, if you can't complete it.

Raiden was ready, and packed his things in a small pack and gave a respectful nod to his master. He was ready to venture into the unknown. He made his way out of the enclave near the forest. Here he walked into the forest. He used the force to try and locate the crystal.

Before he could get very far the screams and howls of creatures creep onto his spin. He felt the shivers of the fear climb slowly into his body. The thought scared him, just then a smaller creature popped out and went towards Raiden. Raiden ignited the saber he had and jumped over the creatures head and used force push, pushing the creature into a nearby tree. From there Raiden used the force to push him nearby the creature and he swung his saber down and it ignited into the creature's body. The creature had died.

Raiden dis-ignited his saber and ran towards where the force led him. He found himself near a mountain area. In which the crystal was atop of a large tree. Raiden jumped up using the force, he grasped onto a tree branch. Pulling himself upwards he was trying to get himself closer and closer to the crystal. Suddenly a crack in the branch came abroad. Raiden had to hurry. As a Zabrak he was used to climbing somewhat of a variety of trees.

Raiden jumped once again and reached another branch, then another, and yet another. He was closer to the crystal. Another creature came onto the same branch he was on. The creature was some what small and had sharp teeth. Raiden ignited his saber and stayed balanced. The creature ran towards Raiden. Raiden twisted around and tried to avoid it, on the small branch. To Raiden's surprise amazingly it worked. The creature missed him and fell down. Raiden gave a small chuckle and dis-ignited his saber.

Continuing up the tree Raiden finally approached the crystal. Thus he grabbed it and placed it in his bag. Finally he had time to rest. On the platform where he sat he grabbed a piece of bread, pushing the crystal aside. He ate the last of the bread and stood up. He was ready to go back to the enclave. He began hopping down the tree, and finally reaching the near edge of the wood. A bigger creature appeared. Raiden ignited his saber and casted his hand outwards a stream of lightening hit the creature and shocked him heavily.

The creature fell, and Raiden once again dis-ignited his saber. He reached his master and grabbed the crystal and held it outwards.

OOC: Actually you had to go into a cave WITHOUT weapons, so no lightsaber. But since we're in a hurry, it's ok for now.

Quentell greeted his padawan as he entered the room and he looked at the crystal. (What color is your crystal?)

"Very good." Quentell was pleased to his student return with his own crystal. "I have prepared some parts for you on that table. Those are the lightsaber parts. You will have to construct it using the Force."

He gestured at the parts. "Place your crystal in the center and then close your eyes. Concentrate on the parts and feel them through the Force. Let them levitate above the tables surface and then picture the image of how your lightsaber should look in your mind. Construct that lightsaber through the Force. NEVER touch the objects, otherwise you will fail."

He crossed his arms and said: "Any questions?"

"No Master Quentell." Raiden said, he sat down and placed the GREEN (xD) crystal onto the middle of the table. He looked to the crystal, then finally closed his eyes. He concentrated and tried to construct the saber. The saber parts slowly moved and become a whole. The hilt was beautiful and strong looking, it was slightly curved and very broad. Raiden was happy.

"Master! Master! I did it!" Raiden said enthusiastically.

(Small note, i'm not writing much cause I want to get this done. xD Otherwise i'd put more detail.)

Quentell was very pleased to see Raiden completing his lightsaber and being so happy about it.

"Yes, Raiden. You have created a lightsaber all by yourself. I, alas, cannot teach you how to dual wield your lightsabers, so you will have to use one at a time or train it yourself. Now, let's get this over with, shall we?" Quentell smiled.

The Shade Knight stepped closer to Raiden and said: "Kneel, my young Padawan learner."

He unclipped his lightsaber from his belt and ignited it. The mighty silver blade shone once again, but this time for a different purpose then combat.

Raiden took stand onto one of his knees. He was smiling at every moment. He was ready for this moment and it took ages to come to. He wanted to become the Shade Knight that he dreamt of.

Quentell held his lightsaber just above Raiden's left shoulder and said: "I... Quentell Xall, Knight of the Shade Order..." he moved his saber over to Raiden's left shoulder and held it just above it. "...name Raiden KasMelan..."
He then moved it just above Raiden's head and finished with: "...A Knight in the Shade Order."

He quickly deactivated his lightsaber, of course his blade never touched Raiden.

"You may rise now, Knight KasMelan." he said. "Very well done. I am proud of you."

OOC: I really wish we had more time, I would make the training longer and more interesting if we had. Oh well... I will see to it you will be a Knight! XD DUDE WE MADE IT XD

Raiden rose with a smile, and nodded to his master.
