Kidnapped! [Jedi Mission]

Aran nodded in approval to Zaifa, then turned to the investigator, Brian, "So, what do you think?" He said to Brain, his voice cold. He also thought that it was the government that killed the woman, but he would leave that suggestion until later.

ooc: ha ninjedi you mean girl the victim is samantha and sam is a nick name i left it for you all to figure out. and second of all it is a kidnapping not a murder. just setting things straight

ic: brian nods. "good. now that we have a plan going i will leave it to all of you to run this case"

 

[Dmitri]

Zolotoy turned to Aran and Zaifa. "If the son is indeed the culprit, I suggest we spice things up. Each of you will question the son and mother seperately. I will provide the fuel to their suspicion by occasionally entering and whispering nonsense into your ears in which you'll nod and say something like 'I understand' or 'that make's sense'." He took out his communicator. "Most security codes have different codes for different levels of clearance. I'll try to pull some strings to try to figure out which level was breached."

 

[GABA]

Zaifa nodded agreeing with her master, "I'll question the mother if you want to question her son." she suggested to Aran.

 

[Ninjedi]

Aran nodded, approving Zaifa's suggestion. "I don't suppose using the force is prohibited in this conversation?" He said to Master Zoltoy. "Only simple things, force sense, thing to detect the person, or persons, feelings." He said.

"well aran i hope you do use the force. that's why i brought you here" "and zaifa i agree with the idea of the two of you talking with them seperately"

 

[Dmitri]

"Use the Force, but don't try digging into their minds too much," urged Zolotoy. "If they figure out you're creeping inside their mind, they may close up."

"well lets get started" brian said while taking them out of the room. "go ahead and go outside and wait for me" brian left them alone and went back into the lounge. john was at the bar serving himself a drink. Maryann was sitting in the same spot. unmoved. still in shock. but joe was not there? first brian walked over to the mom. he put his hand on her shoulder. the 40 year old women slowly looked over at the confident detective. "mam pleaze go outside and meet with the jedi" "hey what did she do" john snapped after hearing brians words. "just routing questioning at the office sir" this was half true.
"oh ok" "allso were is your son" "let me gues routing questioning" brian smiled. "you got it" " he is out of town" "ok" brian and Maryann then went outside. there the jedi and ther were waiting. he then called for pickup and a shuttle not to long after came to pick them all up. it took them all to the city precinct

Aran left the room, looking for the son. He eventually found him around the city, and grabbed his shoulder. "I need to speak with you, questioning, please follow me." He said, his voice remained cold and neutral, so many possibilities for this case, it kept Aran thinking the whole time. They eventually reached a questioning room, and Aran set down at one of the chairs, another chair stood at the other end of the table, a light hanged above the questioning room, when you entered it, it would send chills down your spine, the temperature was on the cold end.

joe sat down in the interrogation room. he was scared. but he did not appear clueless. he knew why he was there. he sat there quietly and ready to answer nothing

 

[GABA]

Zaifa reassured Maryann they would find her daughter; she kept a quiet constant flow of the Force in order to keep the mother from going hysterical. In a private room, she sat with the mother, "Maryann, what happened the day they took your daughter?" she asked touching her with the Force.

maryann suddenly felt warm and safe. she jumped a bit but sink back down in a depressive state
"i cant" she said. a bit unsure of her self.

 

[GABA]

"Yes you can, Maryann," replied Zaifa nodding, still using the Force, "Its for your daughter, Samantha needs to come home." she said slightly tapping into the mother's mind giving her emotions of reassurance and security.

she felt the reassurance and decided to talk. "well when they came and took Samantha. i was hit in the head and knocked out. when i woke up. i was all tied up on the floor. i looked up and saw joe talking with one of them. i could not hear them but whatever the thug said got joe angry. another thug behind joe hit him and tied him up to. i pretended to sleep as they dragged him next to me and left."
she took a deep breath "but you got to understand. i did not say a word because i did not want joe to get in trouble. i am sure he did not do anything"

 

[Ninjedi]

Aran stared at Joe. He closed his eyes, and tapped into the force to feel the boys feelings. He opened his eyes, the force still flowing. "Now, tell me. What happened, I want the full story." he said, his voice cold and neutral.

"i all ready told you evrything you need to know" joe said just as cold as aran

ooc:incase anybody gets confused joe is 21 and not a little kid so no confusion plz

 

[Dmitri]

Zolotoy, listening to Zaifa's questioning of Maryann, eavesdropped on Joe's conversation. Zolotoy sent a doppelganger into Joe and Aran's room. The Force-create mirage whispered into Aran's ear about what Zaifa had learned from Maryann.

 

[GABA]

Zaifa nodded, she gave Maryann another word of reassurance about her daughter and then allowed the mother to leave. She went back into the hall to meet with Master Zol and to wait on Aran.

 

[Ninjedi]

Aran focused on the boys sense, attempting to feel the sons emotions. Then he spoke " I know you told me everything, I want to hear it again, the long version, if you will." The doppleganger entered, Aran looked to the copy. The doppleganger whispered what Zaifa had found. "Okay." Aran said, his voice a bit more colder.

"nope ill give you nothing" joe said. brian who was all so listening in on there conversations
smiled at his remark. "ha i think he knows we are on to him"
