DESCRIPTION​

A magnetic accelerator is a weapon attachment for small, non-repeating blasters designed to increase the speed and force of blaster bolts fired from the weapon. Accelerated bolts are harder to dodge or deflect, and can even knock a fully-armored target on its back with a solid shot. The actual damage to or through armor, however, is not increased, as most of a blaster's damage is done through extreme heat rather than blunt force.
