Matukai General OOC

I'm sure you mentioned it in the write up, I'm at work atm so I can't give it as detailed a read through as I wish, but is it possible to join the Matukai in an official capacity if one is not born into their legion?

I have a character I've been working on that would fit most of their ideals but her concept isn't really tuned into her being in the Order from birth.

Carnage said it correctly. You're character would be more than welcome to join. In fact, most Matukai are not "born" into the order, but are in fact picked up by wandering Matukai. From the IC perspective, Matukai being raised in the order from birth (in the sense that one or both of their parents were Matukai themselves) are actually the exception, not the norm.
