Hi all. Black Noise PMd me earlier saying that he was stepping down as Chiss faction leader due to other commitments I thank him for everything he did as FL.

I'm pleased to announce that his successor is Lupe! Please join me in welcoming, congratulating, and wishing the best of luck to Lupe as he begins his tenure as Chiss faction leader!
