Hey I'm obviously new and I wanted to know what this site is all about. I also would like to be in active roleplays and have some fun.

Nice to meet ya, frand. Now, before you start diving into role-playing, you're just going to have to make a character first. You can post a character here using this template. There are three main factions you can pick from: the Jedi Order, the Sith Brotherhood, or the Republic. However, you are more than welcome to make an independent character (smuggler, bounty hunter, pirate, etc.) before jumping into one of the major factions. If you do choose to join either of the three main factions, you can sign up your character at either of their Sign-Up pages here: Jedi, Sith, Republic. After all that, you can find some people to thread either here, or you can literally ask anyone around.

If you have anymore questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask! We're all here to help.

How do you join a faction? Just put whatever faction you want to be in on your character profile?

put the faction in your profile and then sign up to the faction. If your charter does not suit the faction they will say change this or that but no one is ever out right denied

Alright last question, how do I save the draft of my character creation? I'm still working on it and I don't want to post it incomplete.

You can ask your faction leader, and sign up in the relevant mission pages in the indie board (if that faction is an indie!).
