Force Anomalies

Anthropologists and xenobiologists have identified various life-forms that have unique and unusual connections with the force. Some of these creatures could be used to a advantage against other force using foes, however, some are so dangerous that they wouldn't be worth the trouble of capturing. The best interest of the order would be to eradicate force anomalies that pose too much threat so that a apposing force does not acquire a way to use them. Being that some of these creatures are such high risk and the order would need to send Bogan to their natural(or unnatural) habitats, only the bravest or the craziest of the order are sent.

Planet

Jungle Moon in the Va'art system, located in the Mid Rim.

Climate:
-Changes between rainy and cloudy/windy often during the dark
-Clear and hot during the light

Creature

Genetically Modified Taozin

tao.jpg
Possily one of the most bizarre force anomaly is the Taozin, a gigantic, translucent invertebrate that can evade efforts to be detected or located through the force. Native to the Jungle moon of Va'art near the Roche asteroid field, the taozin spews an adhesive substance from it's mouth to trap its prey, and it can easily devour a full-grown human. It's flesh is permeated with tiny, crystalline structures that actually diffuse light energy, which makes the creature invulnerable to most blaster weapons and lightsabers. When hit by a lightsaber, the taozins body sends the energy "splashing" outward in all directions. Because the taozin is effectively invisible to the foece, the creature is especially dangerous to Bogan and Jedi.

Briefing

An recent rumor has surfaced of a scientist that made her/his home on a moon rife with the force near the Roche asteroid field. Since the unknown researcher settled there have been indications of more violent behavior in a known well-avoided creature that are natural habitants on the moon. A report was filled out by the only known surviving Bogan crusader who's ship and cremates made the mistake of landing on the moon for repairs.

Wild creatures as dangerous of these would be better to be avoided, but now that there are rumors of their odd behavior the Order has taken interest in taking steps to stop this. Species of this moon already show a grave threat towards force users and if they are modified - by a freelancer - enough to become a weapon then the prospect of troubles down the road will become evident.

Radzkie is the proud creator of this mission. I would like some of you to thank him for creating such an elaborate mission. To those who take on this mission be warned. The odds of survival are very slim. Radzkie nailed the nature of the Bogan quite well. Hopefully he will grace us in the future.

If there's not an issue of overlapping missions, Libertine's in this. This is awesome Radzkie!!!

-No worries if I am not allowed.

I'd like to volunteer Dhar-Kor for this as well, looks fun.

Edit: When you say slim, in terms of survival, how do you mean?

I mean it as death is a pretty good possibility for the characters participating.

Nevermind then, I'm not really interested in a suicide mission for my only bogan character lol shame though, it looks fun. Possibility of death is one thing, stating there's a really high chance of death, completely different ballgame.

I'm surprised there's such a high chance of death here.

That said, I approve of this mission.

You should read my characters profile. He's very much into self preservation and foreplanning rather than rushing into things head first.

This is why Alexis doesn't go on fighting missions, because Some people In the bogan can't be Like her great self.:CSly

Can I just say thank you for a useless post?

In other news...

"All Crusader positions have been filled."

As for the master position we need only one. And seeing as Sheo is the only master level character...We are sol for the moment.

All the more reason for me not to go tromping to my demise imo...

Yeah, unlike the Jedi, we only have one master level member(that's active) so this mission is hooped for now I suppose...

Or you can just remove the Master part.
