Taking his seat in the Sith Transport Avare' looked over the console that lay in front of him. The hundreds of flashing lights and mixed controls were enough to make even a spacer dizzy. Giving a quick run-through and check all systems seemed ago. All he had to do was wait for his Apprentice, Terith Hadando. Relaxing in the pilot seat they would be going to a place that had long past been visited. A place of great power, of true power. Only a Jedi or Sith would find such a power in the location they were headed, though only a true Sith would get the satisfaction of ransacking such a location...

Terith Hagando ran towards the spaceport, and when he got in sight of the ship slowed down to a dignified walk. It wouldn't due for his master to see that he was nervous, because nerbous he was. All he knew about their destination was it was away from the Sith Academy and it was a place of great power. Terith came to the ship and walked up the boarding ramp, which automatically closed behind him. Walking up to the cockpit he buckled himself into the co-pilot's chair, "So were to on this lovley day Master?" He asked with a grin designed to hide his nervousness.

Avare' could sense his nervous Apprentice if her were light-years away. The Acolyte was both worried, and excited for the upcomming mission. Looking him over slowly the crimson and gold pupils traced over Terith's form, he needed to continue to channel his strengths.

"Use your strengths my Apprentice... let them control you, not your mixed feelings, your nervous behavior will only bring death. Once you can harnass that ability, then you will truly be great!"

Preparing for the launch sequence to activate the thrusters and send the two into the atmosphere he answered his pupils question.

"Dantooine.. there is much to be learned from that planet."

Terith looked at his master as if he were unsure the truth was being told.
"Dantooine my master? But there is nothing there but an old Jedi enclave. What could be there for me to...........Oh, yes there is also the star forge map if I remember my history, the one Revan and Malak found."

Terith looked down at the instruments and began he preparation for the launch.

He turned and looked at Terith, he was intelligent, though that was not the reason they were going to the baren planet. He had no knowledge to where the Star Forge map was located, only knew it to be near the Enclave. At least tha is what the reports would say, the holocrons left behind by Revan only to be documented in the archives.

"There are other things amongst that planet my Apprentice... we aren't going there for any ancient map..."

Flashing him a smirk the ship was now in freefloat and aimed at the sky. Hitting the thrusters the ship ripped through the clouds and atmosphere in a matter of seconds. Before Avare' had even thought about it they were floating in space, waiting for the navi-computer to give the hyperdrive sequence allowing them to jump...

((Sorry it took me a while to respond, I had the Flu. terrible terrible thing.))

Terith wondered what his master could mean. Oh well, he though, that was for his master to know, and for Terith to find out. Watching the nav computer he saw it indicate the hyperspace route was ready so he leaned over and pushed the throttle up to hyperspace speed and watched the stars streak into the swirling tunnel that was hyperspace. Terith leaned back in chair, he then closed his eyes and went into a deep Force meditation to contamplate the workings of the dark side. Yes there was much his new master could teach him, much indeed.

The hyperdrive began to come to a humm intstead of the soft rumble it had been exerting. Looking to the viewport the funnel suddenly disapeared and the lines that would be stars formed. Those lines then would turn into the thousands of lights that lit up space, quite the site it held each time it was done. Though Avare' gave it no attention simply looking down at the green and brown planet below. Hitting the thrusters to 100% the began their decent towards the planet, towards the Jedi Enclave sector...

Hitting the atmosphere flames erupted around the hull of the ship, and the steel would take the blunt of the heat. Before he knew it the flames had died out, and the metal was cooling. Looking out the viewports now was a lush plain filled with various creatures. In the distance the Jedi Enclave could be seen, instead he repositioned himself towards the east. Comming down in the plains he looked out at a dying tree before unbuckling the safety harness and hitting the loading ramp activator. The winding of the gears as the ramp lowered for the two he stood and made his way down, waiting for the Apprentice to follow...

Terith jerked himself from the Force Trance as the ship touched down. He grabbed his long trench coat and put it on while following his master off the ship. He checked his belt to ensure his new lightsaber was still there. Good. Walking off the ship he stepped onto a landing pad surrounded on all sides by tall grass and a small house a very short distance away.
"Well master, what now?" Terith asked. He noticed movment and looked as the owners of the house walked onto the landing pad.
"Master, it looks like we have compnay. Shall I kill them?" he whispered.

Taking a step off his head rose, high and mighty in a way, intimidating. Looking around slowly his eyes stopped on the old couple that was making their way towards them. Shaking his head he motioned his hand at them as if to wipe them away.

"Do as you wish my Apprentice... when your finished join me at the base of the ravine..."

Walking towards the east he stood at the top of the slight hill that declined towards another plain. A few trees littered the open area and led to a single opening in the corner. That would be their destination...

Terith stood patiently as the couple and their protocol droid came towards him. Smiling at them he walked towards them with his arms wide open.
"My friends!" he said, only the cold glint in his eyes betraying his true intention.
The man glanced down and saw Terith's lightsaber at his belt looking up he said, "We don't like Jedi here, so why don't you go away."

Terith smiled coldly and drew pulled out the lightsaber, "You don't like Jedi?" He looked down and then looked back up grinning, "Well, unluckly for you, I'm no Jedi."
The man was just about to ask what he meant when he heard a snap-hiss and his and his wife's bodies fell to the ground headless. Terith looked at the protocol droid that was now floundering in the air and fried it's circuits with Force lightning.

Looking back he saw his master heading towards a corner of the field, that must be their destination. Running across the field he soon caught up to his master.
"Problem solved master, they were simply dying to leave us alone." Terith chuckled at his own sadistic humor and continued, " So will you tell me why we are here then, surley my test isn't to kill helpless old people, as fun as it may be."

Avare' looked over his shoulder at the heaps that made up the once living. Giving a half smirk his eyes focused on the bottleneck which appeared to lead them out.

"A crystal cave is up ahead... it was once filled with mynocks I'm told though it seems a mightier beast has been drawn to its location. An Acklay had escaped a cargo ship, the color crystals within drew it in, reminded it of Felucia I think."

Walking into the cave it was apparent many things had died or been killed within the large cave, it reaked of death and had a darkness to it only morbidness could befall. Almost chuckling behind the hood he continued his steady pace.

"It will put up a better fight than a couple and droid would, I assure you. You may find something of value in here as well.."

Terith bowed his head at those words, "Yes my master, I look forward to the challange."
Walking through the cave Terith stepped over the shattered remains of farmers, soldiers, and amazingly one Jedi. Reaching the back of the cave he felt a slight disturbance in the Force and quickley dropped down on all fours as a claw came snapping out of the darkness behind him. He then went onto one leg and hand as another came out to impale him on the ground. Jumping up he pulled his lightsaber and igntited it. Facing the screaching Acklay that seemed to materalize out of the darkness before him.
