When Abigail Nimbus became a Sith, she decided to put down roots on a Sith-aligned world and make a home for herself after years of wandering from place to place. She obtained the building papers and cleared out a Spice Gang with the help of Darth Malos before hiring Yaga Nok and his team of specialists to repair and renovate the building. At the time, it was a run down slum extensively damaged by the Abomination Attack, but after 6 months of work and many sleepless nights, it was transformed into a 5 Star Hotel: The Purple Rose, named after her Mother's favorite flowers.
Since Abigail Nimbus' Passing ownership has transferred to her Adoptive Daughter Eisa Nimbus, who set into motion the sealing off of the lower basement level to create a clandestine R&D facility for the Sith Empire through her newly found Dread Council Connections
The Ground Floor
Upon entering through the Front Door, you will be greeted by the Entrance Lobby. Though not too flashy, it does have an ornate appearance, with White Alabaster Marble Walls and Columns surrounding the area, a beautiful Oaken floor carrying your feet as you travel along a carpet of Blue Echanian Nylon, leading you up the stairs and toward the Reception Desk, a Black Ash wooden Finish from Kashykk painting it as the most distinctive presence in the room (fitting for your check in location). If reception is busy, there plenty of comfortable chairs to rest your weary soul on while you wait, Red Sullustian Leather taking on the weight that your travels leave on your shoulders. It is from the Entrance Lobby that you can access all of the amenities the Hotel has to offer. Doors on the right of the room lead to a more Adult-Oriented experience with the Strip Bar featuring our finest girls, and from there, you can enter the dungeons beneath the facility. Doors behind the Reception Desk lead to the Family Oriented Activities, such as the Swimming Pool and Sauna, and the Doors on the left lead to the First Floor rooms. 
The Sauna area occupies the rear of the Hotel, and is easily one of the most used parts of the building. For starters, the entire area is completely soundproofed, so no external sound can breach the tranquil atmosphere it is designed to invoke. In addition to that, the ceiling of the area is composed entirely of open top skylights, allowing the skies of Serenno to shine in and bring natural warmth to it's occupants on their lounge chairs. Against the back wall of the Sauna lies three massage parlors, where the masseuse will take any customers with an appointment, and even those without if they have no one currently. Placed strategically next to the Swimming pool are four small cube-like steam rooms where you can let all that tension and dead skin just flake off you under the glow of our heaters.
The Rooms
The First and Second Floors each house 42 rooms, and the Third houses 41. Each room is generic by the standards of it's designer, and all lack unique qualities that differentiate them. Nonetheless, these rooms were all designed with the comfort and ease of the tenant in mind, and as such, each room has been fully equipped with the finest materials. Finely processed Bantha fur adorns the patterned carpets, with a unique softener formula lathered over it to create a more enrapturing smoothness to the fur itself, giving the impression that your feet are being massaged as you walk. The beds are woven with the finest Corellian Cotton and Devaronian Silk, enveloping, temperate and soft to the touch. Of course, some don't like to just sleep all day, some of us have jobs, necessitating a desk of Lothal Birch Wood and a chair of fine Coruscanti Polyester to caress your rump as you slave away with the tedium of everyday duties. Of course, there is a fridge and some kitchen area to make tea and store consumables, but if nothing there suits your taste, then feel free to call the kitchens on the commlink for some room service, menus are inside the bedside table.
The VIP Rooms
The Fourth Floor of The Purple Rose is reserved for special VIP guests that Abigail can invite at her own discretion. The Rooms are much more ornate, not to mention large, due to having much more space and their primary occupants being Force Users that Abigail has invited to stay. Each room has the same adornment as downstairs, but they also have more spaced out areas, such as a living space, with furniture and a balcony that one can use to observe the view of Serenno stretching into the distance. Each room also comes equipped with a personal Meditation Chamber, usable at any time, for those that wish to center themselves and the Force within.
Penthouse Suite
The Fifth and Sixth Floors of The Purple Rose were rebuilt after an explosion partially destroyed both, and subsequently converted into a penthouse apartment for the building's owner, Abigail, and her Adopted Daughter. Most of the floor separating the two floors was removed, and the two floors become two levels in the complex. The entirety of the area was then split up.

The Research Facility Is accessible only through a dedicated access lift located within the Appartment. The R&D facility remains provides an additional clandestine site for the advancement of technology and research in the Empire.
New ores and elements are tested, experimented upon, sometimes even created, to benefit Serenno and now the Sith. While potentially dangerous the facility has been set up to test composite materials, small weapons, armor and advanced tech.
The Research Facility is concealed within the Basement level of the Hotel complex, and has been provided with the following:
The Subterranean complex has been lined with Mandalorian Iron, known for its Force Blocking properties. Used to ensure that the secretive nature of the R&D Facilities are not compromised by those looking to Subvert the technological advancement of the Empire
Hypermatter-annihilation Reactor core to provide an independent source of high yield power generation to serve both the Hotel Complex and the Research facility, where high levels of energy demands for experiments in material development / forging can be met
Remote Security controls. Linked back to Eisa's personal holopad via a secured encrypted channel that will allow remote access to the various systems installed within Research Facilities to enable remote override / lock down of the facilities should the event that the site be compromised or unauthorized trespass be attempted.
Intent: This is to provide an updated description and layout for Eisa's recently inherited property following her Adoptive Mother Abigail Nimbus' Death, should it be used for official business or threads. It also gives Eisa a place of residence.
