Reforms and Time

Alright, for those that do not know, I am preparing to retake the ACT college readiness exam on the 9th. I'm preparing and cramming now as I've been preparing for the last three weeks, though it increases ever more so. My goal is to ace this exam, or at the very least hit around a 34 out of 36. However, my problem is that I am absolutely terrible at math, literally, it would make you cry. So, my time is being consumed as I must focus upon my normal studies as well as find time for the ACT studying. You may also note my RP has been similarily lacking(taking 3-4 days to reply ect.). I take the test on February 9th.

As such, I cannot head into a lot of major reforms I am now planning. These reforms will be reforming the entire military from the ground up. There is a lot of unnecessary crap in there for the size of faction we have now. I'll be on skype from time to time if you'd like to contact me about what you'd want to see in the reforms and what you want to make sure is left out.

By February 11th, be ready to see things get serious as my reforms are posted here.

Would be useful. I think we should consult Wookiepedia to make them more Chiss-like. There's been mixed signs and reforms. Some have made them more Chiss-like, others unChiss-like.

Agreed. In the process of doing so, a lot of things are going to be removed and much is going to be renamed and their functions redefined. I've got a bit of work cut out for me, but naturally I'll be putting it up here first for ya'll to see and think over/assist in editing.
