I believe our next course of action should be the retaking of Corellia. Here's how I figure we should do it, and this is by no means the final course of action as I want everyone's input. The Republic fleet and the Mandalorian fleet will combine together to use at Corellia. We will have a land battle that will actually require objectives (for example, we need to take X amount of certain buildings, etc.) and, since it will more than likely be necessary, a space battle. One major thing we will need to take during this space battle is Centerpoint Station. That should be one of our first objectives.

However, I want to throw the Sith off guard. I want to hire La Commedia to launch some guerilla attacks on Coruscant to make the Sith think that we're going to be attacking them. We can also use Dex's Skyu Lon and his rebellion people who are on Coruscant as well. However, when the Sith throw a lot of resources into fighting off the insurgency, we'll attack Corellia. It would be Republic, Jedi and Mandalorian soldiers fighting on Corellia, and I'd also like La Commedia to put some insurgents onto Corellia as well to help us out in reclaiming valuable locations.

What do you think of this as a "rough draft"?

It goes along with our plans, but you might want to get kupo in here as well and get his opinion, since its half his rebellion group too. We were going to attack Coruscant anyway, so throwing in a battle to coincide with that is a good plan.

How big is your rebellion? Like, do you have ships and soldiers or is it a small insurgency?

We do indeed have ships and soldiers. It's why the rebellion hasn't officially appeared yet, i'm still working on collecting all the main players together.

It's pretty large scale, yeah, seeing as it's a grouping of three or four independant factions (the more succesful ones an' all...) so we can either feint a large scale attack on Coruscant, or start up terrorist activities on the planet itself.

Hmm, if you can bullshit a large scale attack that'd be great, but it'd be a huge risk to you guys because if you lose then it'd be all over.

What kind of distraction do you want? Scale me from "a thorn in the ass" to "Complete Chaos." Please and thank you.

That shouldn’t be too hard, we can have small groups of guerrilla forces pop up all over Coruscant, it wouldn’t do to much damage, more chaos than anything, but if done right it could draw a lot of bored Sith Lord’s into a conflict they’re not needed in.

Probably a thorn of chaos.

Right, and then when they say "oh, I should go into the Corellia battle instead" we can say "Nope, you're on Coruscant" saying they'd be taking place simultaneously.

I like all of these ideas and it works out perfectly. My main question is; How're we going to time the Landings compared to the Space Battle? Are we going to launch landing craft before we engage any space forces and then engage them before the Troops make it into range of their weapons or what? Attack and Launch Simulatiously, Launch after the Space Battle's over, what?

Also, who's commanding what?

That's the next phase of planning, Aaron. Right now, we just need everyone's opinion on the basics.

I thought we already had everyone's opinion. Your mistake, I'm sorry.

So ignore the last sentence since they cancel eachother out.

As of right now, I'm liking this idea. There would not be much for the Sith to do once they fell for the Coruscant attack. It might be a bit hard RPing both Talrar and Darman...but I'll figure it out.

The Mando forces will help the Republic and Jedi take over Corellia.

Very good. What could make things easier is if Talrar goes with La Commedia and the Vaskar to Coruscant. That way, you will be able to RP in two different threads.

I'm liking the idea. One thing though, should we bring in the Wookiees for this battle (The Corellia one) or wait?

Wait. We don't need them right now, as they're only NPCs anyway. Alrighty then, here's what everyone is going to do:

Aaron – Lead a group of Special Ops members in the retaking of Centerpoint Station. Do it FAST and do it well.

Susan – lead the Jedi and Republic soldiers for a surface assault.

La Commedia – Have some forces on Coruscant with Dex and Kupo and have some on Corellia. Cause mayhem on both. Blow shit up on Corellia if you need to. Just get us to the capital building so we can take that. We NEED that in order to have the planet.

Dex and Kupo – Distract the Sith

Darman – Lead the fleets in whatever space battle there may be, which I doubt there will be a very large one though. Also send some troops, possibly under Dex’s command as AFL, to the surface to help Susan and the soldiers and all.

Me – Based upon what Aaron and I discussed, I am going to be a political leader rather than a military leader. I will come in after the battle and help with reorganization and all. I'll start the Corellia thread, though.

Did I miss anyone?

Also, each group will be responsible for their own battle plans. It takes too long to coordinate together in making everyones plans together, as I'd like to star this tonight.

Quick question: Do you want me to NPC all of my Spec Ops members or Have various people with Republic Soldiers play them?
