ASSETS OF THE ONA'BAK RETRADE

Below is a detailed compilation of the notable assets that fall within the Ona'bak Retrade's network. Please note that this is established as an OOC guide, and is important to note that IC, no such documentation exists of the Retrade's existence or involvement with any of the below mentioned locations.

If any of the locations below are incomplete, or inaccurate, please contact me (PM).

Planetary Assets

Below is a list of planets where the Retrade maintains major holdings. Please note that this list is not all-inclusive of the Retrade's assets, income, nor is it presuming control over these planets. This is merely a case that the Ona'bak Retrade has influence, legitimate or otherwise, over the locations listed at the planets below.

If for any reason this list is missing information,
please let me know via PM

ETTI IV

Etti IV is the capital of the Corporate Sector and a hot, stormy and dense world. The planet was settled by the Etti, a blue-skinned race of Near-Humans who left the Core Worlds circa 20,000 BBY to escape persecution. The world was a crossroads for several major trading routes, and was hospitable to most Human and humanoid races, making it a logical center for Authority administration.

ESTARRA PTY LTD

EtiiIVEstarraPtyLtd_zps2402727b.jpg

Estarra Pty. Ltd. is an umbrella corporation that helps consolidate and organise the legal businesses of the Ona'bak Retrade. Founded by Jack Tamblyn in 1003ABY, four years after he completed his Masters of Business Management from the Coruscant University, the company was quickly snapped up, and Jack was recruited by the Retrade for his awe-inspiring business model and do-or-die business ethics. Before long, Estarra Pty. Ltd. began registering subsidiary companies, and to date, is the tip of an iceberg containing nearly twenty-five thousand other corporations ranging from public service, to casinos, hotels, and medical centres.

Estarra's main office is located in one of the planet's few seaside areas, and is of the latest technological design. Naturally, as the business headquarters of the Ona'bak Retrade, security is highly advanced, and nearly no non-Retrade people have seen the interior of the building. Predictably, no physical or digital documentation or data exists linking Estarra Pty. Ltd. or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries to any criminal activity, nor the Ona'Bak Retrade.
ESTARRA STAR MAPPING

EtiiIVEstarraStarMapping_zps00a353c8.jpg

Estarra Star Mapping is a legitimate business that explores various worlds, or sub-contracts to governments or other companies for detailed analysis, topographic and holographic mapping of various planets. Housed inside the Estarra building alongside its parent corporation, Estarra Pty. Ltd., ESM enjoys the technological advances made possible by EPL's financial backing. The company is often used as means of passing through inter-governmental borders, but rarely as a smuggling front.

TATOOINE

Tatooine was a desert world and the first planet in the binary Tatoo star system. It was part of the Arkanis sector in the Outer Rim Territories. It was inhabited by poor locals who mostly farmed moisture for a living. Other activities included used equipment retailing and scrap dealing. The planet was on the 5709-DC Shipping Lane, a spur of the Triellus Trade Route, which itself connected to the Sisar Run. The planet was not far from the Corellian Run. It had its own navigation system. The planet built up a very bad reputation, often being viewed as the cesspool of the galaxy due to the high-level of criminals who could be found onworld.

TATOOINE ENCLAVE

TatooineEnclave_zps82c88938.jpg

Deep within the desert far beyond any land-travel capacity, is the large underground fortress referred to as Forsaken Sands. While the more menial Retrade business is conducted through its businesses in Mos Espa, Mos Eisley and Anchorhead, the Forsaken Sands enclave is reserved for much more significant criminal activity. The bulk of this location is used largely for fabrication, creating products for Praxus Pondervan as well as independently crafted vehicles, spacecrafts, arms and armor.

The facility is built in small, square rooms, interconnected with the others. In times of emergency, thick blast doors slam shut separating each room from another. From here, more can be done, such as purging the facility with gas vents (as was done with the previous facility), spelling certain death for any unwanted company. The rooms can be purged individually or collectively. Traditional security measures, such as armed security personnel, scouts, alarm systems and automated turrets are also in place.

Its location was once a known krayt nest, but it has since been established in nearby proximity; the location uses the presence of krayt dragons as a natural camouflage and deterrent from unwanted visitors that, as unlikely as it may be, happen to be lurking in the area.

VERGESSO ASTEROID BELT

Located in the Lybeya System in the galaxy's south-east, the largely unexplored area of space was named after the Corellian scientist Ecile Vergesso, the vast and ever-changing Vergesso Asteroid Belt contained an Ororo Transportation shipyard used by the Rebel Alliance and other organizations during the first Galactic Civil War. Cruisers and fighters were repaired and refitted in these yards unbeknownst to the local Grand Moff, Kintaro. The Tenloss Syndicate built the shipyard in the Vergesso Asteroid, a nickel-iron asteroid the size of a small moon and pockmarked with craters. Sensors had difficulty trying to penetrate this asteroid field. The field was less violent than others and also easier to navigate. Some time before the Battle of Endor the Galactic Empire learned of the Rebel operations in the asteroids. Darth Vader's Death Squadron destroyed the shipyard in the Second Battle of Bajic.

VERGESSO ASTEROID BASE ENCLAVE

VABEnclave_zpsa38fc790.png

The Vergesso Asteroid Base Enclaveis equipped with several key wings: Life Support, Defense, accommodation, amenities, mess hall, armoury, storage areas, command area, staging area, docks, escape bays, engineering, medical, scientific and recreational. A large number of these systems have been rendered completely offline by either battle damage or neglect over the course of the years.

The life support, storage and amenities area are all grouped together which allows any personnel access to food, water, air, and other essential needs. The life support area of the ship is responsible for not only production of oxygen and recycling of carbon dioxide by using scrubbers, but it also houses a greenhouse which produces a wide variety of edible vegetables and fruits. The water recycling part of the ship operates on a distilling process, evaporating the water from any liquid waste, and compacts the remaining nitrates into fertiliser cubes which are then used to aide in the growth of the life support greenhouse.

The command, staging, engineering and escape areas are located directly next to the docks, which allow for easy preparation for missions tasks, and in the event of attack, escape. The command centre houses the console which operates the sensor net which lines the asteroid belt, allowing the base' occupants time to either power down, or to escape.

Between the two areas are the Retrade's "communal" areas which include the accommodation, recreation, and market areas. The accommodation is quite simple; barracks style beds with ablution blocks. Each room catering to four guests. The market area is a large room, originally what would have been a storage area, or disused hangar, that contains dozens of stalls from various Retrade sellers retailing goods ranging from foodstuffs to weapons, armaments, armour, drugs, alcohol, and on the rare occasion, even horticultural products. The recreation area of the base houses a gym, arcade, and several bars - a typical pub style establishment, a nightclub, and a few other smaller places.

The location of the Retrade outpost within the Vergesso Asteroid belt is one of the best kept secrets within even the Retrade. As the asteroid belt is forever in a field of flux it is nearly impossible to detect or predict where the base is in the field at any point in time. As a result of this, access is very difficult unless you are given specific permission, which is coupled with a series of conditions.

  1. The base's location is a tightly guarded secret. The coordinates to the Vergesso Asteroid Base (or VAB) are trusted only to the most loyal of Retrade members, and are given the updated coordinates only upon their entry to the Lybeya System, and successfully check an encoded Retrade systems check. The coordinates are not kept on any ship's navigational mainframe, and are instead carried in a small, high-capacity storage drive kept on the Retrade member's person at all times. This device cannot be accessed without the member's genetic information and a private passcode, which is changed every day.
  2. Retrade vessels are to be cautious to avoid leaving trails to their outposts. All make multiple random jumps in accordance with 'Scatternerf' Protocol. Typically, a vessel will make 3 random jumps, pause to scrub its hull and 'listen' for pursuers using subspace sensors, followed by another 2 jumps to one of three layover points outside of the Lybeya System. There, the vessel will undergo a final decontamination before receiving clearance and coordinates to gain access to the VAB. Each checkpoint is carefully patrolled, and unknown ships that happen across such checkpoints are swiftly detained or outright destroyed. Like the VAB, the location of these checkpoints are known primarily to the Prime Executive, and Shyra Dervish & Yuri Sharp, in addition to the most trusted Cheiftains.

NAR SHADAA

Nar Shaddaa was the largest moon of Nal Hutta. More commonly known as the Vertical City, the Smuggler's Moon and Little Coruscant, Nar Shaddaa was similar to Coruscant in that its surface was entirely overgrown with city sprawl for millennia. But unlike Coruscant, which was only relatively rundown and dangerous on the lower and under levels of the world city, Nar Shaddaa was filthy, polluted, and infested with crime everywhere.

CALRISSIAN HALL

casino.jpg

Calrissian Hall is the to-go place for gamblers all across the galaxy. Located in the heart of Nar Shadaa's bright-lights district, it is named after the legendary Lando Calrissian. The Hall is a 50-story tall skyscraper, casino, and luxury resort. It is a massive facility with the first ten stories dedicated to hangars for speeder and starship parking. The eleventh floor, at ground level, is the main entrance to the Hall and opens up directly into the massive casino. There are several more floors of the same - sabacc tables, podrace betting booths, full-service bars and the like on every level. Even Calrissian Hall's least expensive boarding option is very comfortable for those staying in it. Some of the more expensive suites include full-sized private pools aside from those open to everybody on the recreational levels.

On each of the gambling and recreational floors, a squad of armed guards patrol the venues with ion pistols and rifles to make sure that there is nothing outside of the ordinary going on. Each room/suite is checked by a bomb/HAZMAT expert(s) after a guest leaves, and sweeps are often held at random even while guests are still checked in.

Focused around the famous and magnificent casino Calrissian Hall, the Nar Shaddaa enclave is a product of the improved Retrade-Hutt relationship. The enclave deals primarily in the slave trade and narcotic game, but despite booming business, the majority of the still-young establishment's revenue comes from its casino.

The Nar Shaddaa enclave is meager in size beyond the casino grounds and is mostly limited to a collection of buildings in the middle-tier of the entertainment district considered sovereign of Hutt territory. Although it is small and seemingly insignificant, it is staffed by the elite operators of the Retrade's security detail due to the often-tenuous relationship with the Hutts and their involvement in the previous Nar Shaddaa enclave's destruction.

Security measures beyond the aforementioned personnel include automated turrets and alarms as well as motion sensors. These measures are still being improved.
SMUGGLING OPERATIONS

NarShadaaSmugglingOperation_zps609015c8.jpg

The Retrade is the proud owner of several distribution centres that handle goods ranging from military grade weaponry down to children's toys. One of the advantage of handling such a wide range of cargo is that smugglers are able to utilise the cover of working for these centres and are able to more easily slip past illicit cargo past the authorities. While not every shipment gets through, and some shipments get dumped, the success rate for illegally imported or exported goods to or from Nar Shadaa exceeds a ninety percent success rate, making it the most successful smuggling ring in existence.

The vessels used in the operation range from the legitimate ones, or the more evident smuggling vessels, all of which are used on an ever-rotating basis, making it much harder to successfully pull up a smuggler in the act. The Retrade's smuggling centres, in large, are a safe place for Retrade members, and follows similar security protocols to the other assets, but actually employ legal security in addition to the unseen, more heavily armed guards.
GUN MARKETS

NarShadaaGunMarkets_zpsdbcc2a5a.jpg

The Gun Markets of Nar Shadarr, a bustling hub of trade and networking for the Ona'bak Retrade. Everyone knows where it is, so its defence is not in its secrecy. Instead this location is simply defended by its size, and its public nature. Always crammed with people sporting the latest weaponry, and all willing to use them. In a way, the galaxies largest Gun Shop is also the place a gun is least likely to be fired.

Sprawling through the back allies of Nar Shadaa's capitol, and sheltered in the shadow of the Hutt Palaces, the Gun Markets appear to have no set order or layout. To the trained eye, however, it becomes clear. Corridors of fire, murder zones, locations for escape. As well as being a market, its also a maze and a battle ground if needed. For the Local Crime Barons, under instructions from the Retrade's Underlords and Chieftains, have ensured that the very center of the Market is almost impossible to reach without invitiation and guidance. It is here in the beating heart of the Markets that the Retrade exclusive can be found. Purchasable only by Retrade members, some of the most adaptable and sought after products in the galaxy can be purchased here.

The Gun Markets, largest retailer of murder in the galaxy, and all under the ownership and supervision of the Ona'bak Retrade.

SPACE FARING

Whilst the Ona'bak Retrade holds many planetary assets, it also holds a sizeable amount of resources in the way of space-faring vessels and establishments. These locations are often on the move, and are typically the only places where any documentation of the Retrade's operation actually exists. It is due to the sensitivity of these assets that they are often well guarded, or completely inconspicuous. It is worth noting that, like the ground born assets, these undergo

GAMBLER'S UTOPIA

the_epic_rumor_by_lordhaseoanimevice-d34c8gb.jpg

Gambler's Utopia is a Cockaigne-class Dreadnought that serves as a mobile Deep Space Center of the Galactic Trader's Coalition that was funded by Addipos the Hutt. It serves as a trading hub and shadow port to numerous visitors. Some of its sectors are off-limits to the majority of visitors. The reason for this is because of illegal business that takes place on the dreadnought, specifically Retrade business. It includes quarters and training areas for members. It is guarded by a legion known as "Mastema".

NAL HUTTA

Nal Hutta (Glorious Jewel in Huttese), also known simply as Hutta, was the capital of Hutt Space and was located in the Y'Toub system. It was formerly known as Evocar and was the original home world of the Evocii, who were ousted by the Hutts in 15,000 BBY, who migrated from their original home world of Varl along with their servants the t'landa Til. The planet was controlled by the ancient ruling Hutt families, who also ruled its moon Nar Shaddaa from Nal Hutta.

Juhm Ballow

god_of_war_ascension__canyon_multi_player_arena_by_jungpark-d5zgj39.jpg

Juhm Ballow is a coliseum run by Addipos the Hutt on Nal Hutta. It's a public Hutt institution known for its gladiatorial games and tournaments, including the Addipos Cup. While many of its fights include captured beasts or gladiators, it does have non-death matches and allows participation by outsiders. Secretly, it is used to recruit strong individuals into Addipos' cartel or the Retrade.
