Description: Having a quantum-positronic droid brain that had been reformatted from a starship's interface, Caesar has the programmed characteristics of a First, Second, Third and Fourth-Degree droid. His persona had been formed on its own in an isolated environment through a metaprogrammed behavioral circuitry matrix, and sapience programming. He has multi-lensed spectral optical receptors treated in a resin that protects from erosion, heat and warping, which dually act as conduits for his optical needlebeamer blasters, cascade-amplified particle beam energy directed through his 'eyes'.
Due to charging process required, which requires several seconds to convert the energy from his power matrix into hyper-agitated particle matter, Caesar cannot repeatedly fire his optical needlebeamers in quick succession. Due to the extreme heat of particle energy, he also cannot repeatedly use his needlebeamers without limit, lest he warp his optical lenses. However, once fired, Caesar's needlebeamers have the power of boring-lasers, often used in mining operations.
In terms of combative programming, Caesar was fitted with an assassination module. Supplementing this, Aurelia had installed within Caesar an organic anatomy module, which filtered within him data on regarding the "anatomical blueprints" of dozens of alien species. Caesar was also programmed with an advanced close-quarters-combat module, downloading within him multiple forms of martial arts and styles of combat. Caesar was also able to wield virtually every modern weapon of warfare in the galaxy, due to an evolved weaponry module, highlighting the nature, build and operation of weapons, varying from blaster rifles, pistols, cannons and carbines, to vibroswords, throwing knives, electro-staves and wrist-blades. He was also programmed with knowledge of how to operate heavy weapons, demolitions and explosives, and ship-mounted weapon operations.
This programming was hybridized with an enhanced combat algorithm, which augmented Caesar's ability to engage in combat by programming within his subroutines, which downloaded into him combat strategies and military tactics, enabling him to utilize his knowledge of weapons to their optimal degree. Caesar's left hand was embedded with a neuro-repulsor field generator, functioning as a neuro-shock hand, while his right hand was fitted with micro-repulsors. Finally, Caesar also was programmed with an acrobatics module, which allowed him to mimic high levels of flexibility, balance and agility.
With a voxchip, vocabulator and linguistics module, Caesar could communicate with almost any sentient entity, droid and organic alike. Fitted with magnetic hardpoints, Caesar was capable of traversing ferrous surfaces, and was protected by a polarity sink, which not only protected him from strong magnetic fields, but also granted a degree of insulation from EMPs. Perhaps Caesar's most remarkable feature was his Laminanium skeleton and chassis frame.
