I'm extremely hesitant to allow any kind of synthetic into S13's ranks after the FUBAR's we've had with AI's and synthetics in the past. If he's allowed in, I'll mandate that he is fitted with a tamperproof instant kill switch that will allow him to be remotely disabled/destroyed.

Doesn't really matter. Understand though that I'm not saying you can't join, but I am mandating that measures be taken to ensure S13's security. Considering our last IC encounters with AI, it's unrealistic to assume that the agency would take on any AI who they couldn't put under their thumb at a moment's notice.
