The morning was bright, beautiful by Coruscant standards, everything was going beautifully, everything was going right for a change. Greg was having a great day so far, besides of course the lack of sleep, he is confused because he sleeps all night long and he still feels tired. He awaits the arrival of the customers, they always come, in flocks, and just like flocks they are stupid… innocent.
Greg shuffles to the door, turns on the overly cheery “WE ARE OPEN!!!” sign outside and sighs awaiting the innocent shoppers who would become his prey. The dealership just ran an ad, a highly expensive one at that, his boss had told him he had to make the sales in order to regain the lost profit. His boss often said the only reason he hired people instead of having droids was the fact that people could sell just about twice as many speeders as a droid, he believed the loss was eventually made up; people were more cunning, could lie, and most importantly they could do this with a smile.
Each salesmen had to sell five speeders today, the most Greg had ever sold in a day was three. He worked inside the showroom and often had a harder time selling because his prices were higher. He was a little worried but not to the point of panic, he lifted his signature hat and scratched his balding head anxiously.
There he waited, standing by the door, a generous smile on his face as he awaited the first suckers of the day. He hoped the extra cup of caf he had this morning would help him focus instead of giving him the jitters.
