This is partly first come first serve, but it is also based upon your level of activity in the RP, and your maturity, and a few other factors. If I feel that one or more of these things is not as it should be you shall be placed upon the "Reserve List". If there are not enough people to make up the initial 16 then some of you (picked by a random number generator) will be permitted to compete. If you were warned or disqualified in the previous tournament you shall also be placed upon the reserve list, rather than in the initial 16. These conditions are subject to change depending upon the level of interest this generates.

It's pretty much the total. If I get a decent number on top of that, I may try to organise I kind of "Wild Card"come"Bye" system. As the number we have to get to is 8 for the quarter finals...I may be able to organise more, but it would be complicated and certain people would get byes, albeit a random draw it means some people get a free pass to round effectively. So if I can keep it to 16 I will - 32 would be too many.
