''This is Ge...General Methaiuss Pentergast, identification code 0905-879-03. My ship has suffered heavy losses, most of the crew are dead...or worse. Our vessel was hit by some kind of barrage, bastard hit us before we could-...ugh, I'm badly injured, I won't make it.

It was one of th-the potentials. We recie-...ugh..we recieved intel to meet the last candidate here. The minute we dropped out of hyperspace our weapons and engines where down, bastard crippled us.

...Records say Sinn was a soldier...a Colonel for christs sake..Republic must've really screwed this guy over if he's willing to fire on a military vesse-...ugh..I can't make it to medical, the hallways are venting atmosphere...please..someone..tell my wife Mariann...Sam....Samuel is what I want her to name our baby....General Methaiuss...out.

Audio Log, ends.

''How long ago did we recieve this transmission, Cadet?''

''Sir, the General contacted us approximately three hours ago, former Colonel Sinn would be long gone by now....permission to speak freely sir?''

''Granted...''

''As much as I want to find this bastard now...he was trained by us...he knows how we operate..and hes already dissapeared how will we possibly find him now?''

''You read my mind cadet...you read my mind.''

''Sir, we have a problem. It's been three years since the incident aboard the Hallowed Cartographer and we've found nothing....until now.''

''I'm not seeing the problem here cadet, this is fantastic news.''

''Well sir, thats just it. The ship we assumed was his...well we found the wreckage on a desert planet...in the mid-rim.''

''There was a corpse on-board....it was Captain Methaiuss's, sir.''

''....oh...oh...my....do we have nothing on this bastard? He's taken out some of our best men, some politicains even and we've got nothing on this man?''

''Nothing but one of his most decorated victims and the wreckage of his ship, he's completely gone off the radar now....sir''

''...If the republic doesn't find him....his enemies in the underworld will.''

''Hey...hey...Murc...mista murc man...'', said a small looking Gungan.

''I'm just an aging man, trying to enjoy a drink...you want something, go bother someone else.'', said a brooding, baritone voiced man in the corner. His face covered by shadows in the underworld cantina.

''No Meesata, you Murc man. You help with problem...or meesa tell the big peepal where you are.''

A chuckle could be heared beneath the shadow.

''You go tell the big people. Tell them i'll be waiting, Mr. Gungan.'', said the raspy voiced man.

As soon as the Gungan began to turn away, the shadows were empty again, the man, who apparently was not a mercenary, had dissappeared without any sign of his being there, apart from a glass.

The glass was full.

''Begin Transmission, to Republic Headquarters.

In my search for former Colonel Sinn I have found no indication of his whereabouts, only whispers of where he could or could not have been.

My CO and I have been aboard this vessel scanning the mid-rim for months now and still no sign of the former war hero.

Nothing but a crashed warship, the corspe of a decorated general and even the former soldiers advanced combat armour....

....he has fallen off both the Republic and Criminal grid according to our undercover sources in the Coruscant underworld.

From what we can tell, General Methaiuss Pentergast was responsible for leaving Sinn and his infiltration regiment on a planet overrun with enemies. The decorated General saved himself instead of the hundreds of soldiers on the ground. And when the Colonel pleaded to the military courts that the General be stripped of his rank and privleges....

....he was quickly silenced...I will most likely delete this transmission once recorded...I can't have my Commander thinking I am unloyal...but I cant help but empathize with the man. He lost faith in everything he knew as a soldier and forced himself to leave the republic.

I envy this mans courage.

To fall into the ranks of petty criminals and mercenaries, rise to prominence and then suddenly fall off the grid while he's hunted by the criminal underworld and the Republic justice system takes exceptional skill....

....End transmission.''
