<div align="center">SITH MISSIONS</div>

Here ye, here ye. The Dark Lord of the Sith is offering multiple tasks that need to be completed, some on behalf of the Dark Lord and others on behalf of the entire Sith Order. All missions are to be completed in the Story Board and you MUST post that you’re going to take the mission in this thread, that way we will know what missions have been taken. If you need NPCs, please ask in the General OOC Chat if any is interested in doing so. Please note that the name of the mission MUST be the name of the RP thread. Also, these RPs MUST OPEN in an effort to create a more interesting RP. That way, you are not guaranteed victory.

Bringing the Weak to Justice:
A young Sith Acolyte, Argus Dantius, has defected from our order and has offered to divulge secrets of the Dark Side to those unworthy. Even more shocking, the highest bidder will also receive information on all Sith operations, shipyards and all other secrets known to a Sith Acolyte. This scum must be brought to justice to ensure the safety of our delicate operation. Hunt Argus down and torture him until he finally meets his death. However, you must use caution. Dantius was a star pupil, so you must go in groups of two or more. Once dead, bring his body back to the Darth Vindicis’ chambers. Failure will not be tolerated.
Number of PCs Needed: Two or more

<strike>Gas Prices Soaring (PvP):
In recent years, Malastare has become a major re-fueling point for Republic and Jedi forces. In order to deal a crippling blow to the Jedi fleet, a team of Sith must infiltrate the re-fueling station and destroy it. There are likely to be Republic soldiers at the facility, so a strike team will be necessary in order to complete your mission. While you may lose troops, the upside is that gas prices for the pathetic infidels will soar and Republic operations will be set back by days or possibly even weeks. Report back to Darth Vindicis once you have completed the mission. Failure will not be tolerated.
Number of PCs Needed: Three or more
Necessities: Republic NPCs</strike>

Riots End:
There are large riots happening on our backwater world of Thule, a planet coursing with Dark Side energy. Destroying the power generators surrounding the city is the only way to stop the rioters from destroying one of our ancient Sith Temples, one that once housed Darth Viscerus and Darth Dire. The power generators are what they are fighting for control over so, in theory, destroying them should stop the riots and the violence surrounding the temple. You will need to use whatever mechanical skills you have to destroy the generators, which are right in the heart of the riots. The mission can only be completed by two Sith, as there are numerous traps that you must get through. Use caution, and use whatever force you feel is necessary in order to defend yourself. Report to Darth Vindicis once the mission has been completed. Failure will not be tolerated.
Number of PCs Needed: Two or more

The Crystal Cave:
On the core jungle planet of Arkania is a long forgotten lightsaber crystal cave, discovered during the reign of Darth Ember, Dark Lord of the Sith, before The Great Territorial War. One Sith is to lead a small team of ten Sith commandos onto the jungle planet. Northeast from the Temple of Darth Ember is a distinctive mountain range. There is a single cave on the mountain range. Take your team deep down into the cave, and there will be an assortment of lightsaber crystal rocks developing. Salvage the lightsaber crystals from the cave and deliver them to Darth Vindicis.
Number of PCs Needed: One or more

<strike>A Faulty Officer:
Sith Army Captain Jared Hanjek was overseeing an ancient artifact excavation on Yavin IV. Two months into the investigation, two Sith archaeologists were found dead outside a site where there were reported holocrons of the late Dark Lord Exar Kun. Lieutenant Kane Merkith went to report the incident about an hour after the deaths occurred. Lieutenant Merkith, however, did not reach Captain Hanjek, for the Captain had gone missing, along with the two holocrons. The fleet around Yavin IV reported no ships leaving Yavin IV. Your mission is to accompany Lieutenant Merkith (NPC) and find Captain Hanjek. Once the Captain is found, he is to be eliminated, along with the Lieutenant. Lieutenant Merkith is a supposed "teammate" in this operation with the captain, so he must be killed upon completion of the mission. Return the two holocrons to the Darth Vindicis, or be severely punished.
Number of PCs Needed: One or more</strike>

---------------------------------------------
*PvP = Player vs. Player
Used when other factions are involved
<strike>Crossout</strike> = Mission has been taken.

I will assist anyone who is willing to do a Mission... I will leave them to choose which they would prefer. Of course this is for those that requires two PC's ;)

I will accompany Aper on a mission, it could be fun having two Sith Lords team up.

Or I will take on another mission with someone else.

Or one myself. :P

I will find the defective officer and bring him to his death. Or, if someone would join me, I would aid in the destruction of the fueling station.

I'll send you to find the defective officers as part of your training. I will probably end up sending you that tomorrow. I'll cross it off now, just so no one else takes it.

Don't make the thread until I send you on it, though.

You do know The Crystal Cave was done by me a while ago and all the stuff was given to Sin?

Anyways, I am willing to go with someone.

When I put this list together last month, I re-used old ones since most of the people in the Sith were new and wouldn't have been around for it anyway.

I'll do the fuel station one. I'd like to explode something. My apprentice isn't very active, so it wouldn't be too much of a bother...

Yes, Me and the former-Sith Lord Fear completed the Soaring Gas Prices mission for the Sith. The thread was interrupted by a long hiatus, inwhich Fear sort of disappeared for a few days...

Before this interuption, I had a someone waiting to play the Republic NPC's and I set up for a Jedi to appear as well. BUT then Fear was off for a few days and when he returned his posts were very breif and they moved much too fast for me to introduce the NPC playing the Republic Soldiers.

Just figured I would explain why the Mission might be seen as lacking the requirements listed on this thread. But we still blew the damn Gas Depot up, so gimme some credit!

Wow, old thread. I like how the jedi re-organized everything, but have nothing going on, and we're like, the polar opposite, old rosters etc, but lots happening. Fitting.

But this post has a purpose! I'm suggesting a re-vamp of missions etc. If that's too much of a task, or simply not worth the effort, i'd be happy to come up with ideas/write some up myself, or help run the acutal mission threads (Impartial GM-ing, NPC-ing, whatever)

Basically, this is to do with how we can't test our apprentice's properly, via missions and whatnot. I mean, individual tests ar emore sith-y, but with missions, we can claim to be making more of an impact, as opposed to simply turning up in a thread. And, it means that Nexus doesn't have to run every thread that holds sith interests at heart. As the minions and assorted lackeys can be relied upon to fulfill missions and further the cause relatively unsupervised...

So yeah, just my suggestion, and am happy to help in any way! Oh, and the same goes for re-working the old rosters etc. As of today I have a literal ton of free time, so I'd be happy to do any work, or give help if/where it's wanted.

Oh, i forgot the most important bit, I'm happy to do any missions etc, but right now, I'm looking for one for my acolyte to test himself on, etc. So yeah, what i said up there, basically...

Being snippy probably isn't the best way to get an update. Besides, I'd like to say this to people once and for all:

MAKE SHIT UP

Just say you're going after some rogue Sith or that you're going after a bounty hunter or whatever. You don't have to wait for a faction leader to post a mission.

Don't be rediculous. You know Butters brought Imagination Land back! The crazy monsters are back behind their walls!

Yeah, but then he got grounded, so what's to stop the monsters from coming back while the Chosen One can't do anything to stop them?!
