The title says it all, and I don't wish to muddy the waters with a million excuses as to why, so I'm going to be straight here:
As I'm sure some of you may have noticed, my activity with the Rangers, and on the site overall, hasn't been what it used to be. This has been due to a number of reasons [many of which I don't wish to go into] the most glaring of which [at least for me personally] has been the realization that RPing has become more work and less fun than I'd like it to be.
For that reason, I'm going to be stepping down from my position as Moderator for the Rangers.
Zay and I have had numerous discussions on this [what we both eventually realized to be an inevitability], and he has assured me that he supports my decision and will continue to lead the Rangers in my absence. Going forward, I will continue to support, promote and endorse the Rangers however I can, but they will no longer be the focus of my attentions here like they had been in the past.
My characters will remain loosely affiliated with the faction, but I won't be using them to take on missions or participate in social threads any longer as I intend to pursue more personal story arcs with them. They will return from time to time to help the Rangers where needed on major story arcs that might impact the faction, but beyond that there's not a lot they will be doing so far as Ranger business can be concerned.
It has been a pleasure serving as a Moderator for one of my favorite factions on the site, but the Rangers certainly deserve better than what I am currently capable of delivering.
