Hello, mah leader! I saw your proposal to offer a class in your free time for the next few days and began to wonder. I had some suggestions for our Faction in general, as well as for the training thread.
I am not aware of how close we are to defining our merging relationship with the Mandalorians, but I was thinking that our members would probably be excited to join a training thread where the Mandalorians are pared at two of them to one of us and teach us how to get out of outnumbered situations, how to come out on top when two opponents seem to have you in a pickle and are using technology and guns over the Force and lightsabers. Or maybe some other scenarios?
I'm also wondering if the generic "training thread" could be discarded for a more ICly advancement that might help our faction succeed in the types of missions we are more likely to face? In this I mean perhaps learning how to hyjack or spike a computer or security system without being noticed. Maybe also hyjacking smaller vehicles too? Or maybe teaching how to blend, possibly by teaching how to augment one's voice or conceal their presence or alter their presence to seem a Sith or Jedi likewise? I'm thinking perhaps a learning by doing, on a much smaller and less significant scale for training purposes.
I also think that dealing with lightning is an important focus for any Force user, especially those who face the Sith on a regular basis. Maybe teaching the different ways to deal with or outmaneuver a lightning user would be beneficial to our ranks?
Feedback and other ideas are what this is meant for. I just wanna help you as best I can, and if that means give you a plethora of ideas to hand pick for your plans and own agendas then good!
