The Bloodied Hand

1) History: The bloodied hand were originally a group of pirates, unknown to each other, going about their regular trade. Until Ivan Valtiere came.
Slowly, he took over the pirates, taking their ships, adding them to his. Anyone who did not comply was ‘removed’, along with his supporters. And thus, the bloodied hand were born, the name a homage to the formation. They are a modest sized group, eyes on big prizes.

Recently, ARC entered a deal with the renowned pirates. With ARC funding, the pirates would occasionally raid ARC competitor shipments, among their regular pillaging. ARC vessels were off bounds, of course. This led to a spate of companies going under, due to continuous raiding and removal of assets, to sill the coffers of the bloodied hand.

2) Beliefs: The bloodied hand wants more ships, and more power. They favour the boarding party method, the flagship the Aegis adapted with assault boat compartments to launch the deadly payload. There is a strict militaristic code. All the regular shipmen wear armour and skull masks.

3) Locations: They are based on their ever moving fleet, and they also have a haven, to be used in emergencies, on an asteroid just off the Permian way.

4) Forces: The Frigate, the Aegis II, and two fighter squadrons, along with the personal ships of some of the higher ranking members. They also have a haven, just off the Permian way trade route, though it is naught more than an oversized asteroid, no where near big enough for the goals of the Bloodied hand…

All Bloodied hand crewmen wear a uniform set of armour with one of two masks- a skull mask, or, the less common, and les favoured, featureless mask:

5) Funding: What they pillage, they often sell on the black market, through their head of smuggling.

6) Goals: to rule the space lanes, and to get a huge fleet, maybe even making a pirate planet, or at least moon, and to make money through the sale of the goods they pillage.

What kind of fighers are they, like assault, light, interceptors? Also I think we might need to steal a gunship or two considering the anti-fighter capabilities of the Aegis.

Simple middle-of-the-line starfighters. And we will be stealing ships soon.

Will we be having a meeting in the haven soon?

At the moment none of the officers have met the others yet.

Well you'll be closer to imagining it than most, but it's still that much harder.

What If I imagine myself, in a quite clear image, robbing you of all of your riches, and it was, contrary to what you said, remarkably easy?

That's the difference between your imagination and the "reality" of the RP.

Who's rupert? And it's a paradox that works, because the point of the RP is to have a sense of reality while we write outside of true reality. :p
